Arion stopped working on his computer, then looks straight at Leon. "What are you trying to pull, Leon?"

"Boss, are you being serious? Am I not that trust worthy?" Leon asked with a pout plastered on his handsome face. He feel a little bit dishearten after hearing his boss' question.

"Leon, with that personality of yours, it is hard to believe you." If Leon is serious like Josh is, the probability of him believing in Leon will be high. But unfortunately, Leon is not like Josh.

"Boss, don't be like that. I'm being truthful to you right now. Your daughter is really here." Leon felt like he wants to cry right now. Among all the subordinates his boss has, he is the only one who can approach his boss so closely, but he is also the only his boss having a hard time believing his words. 'Ah, my life is so hard.' He inwardly said.

Seeing the desperate look on Leon's face, Arion is somewhat convinced. But he still needs proof that his precious daughter is here to see him.

Knowning Leon, Arion is sure that he will not stop bothering him until he goes and see if his daughter truly came to visit him. "Fine. If she is not here, you know what will happen to you."

Arion wants to believe Leon's words, but seeing the reaction of his daughter the other day, it's just hard to believe it. Anna is not ready to face him, and he understands that it will take time for him and for her to face each other properly.

"For how long does your father intend to make us wait?" Kyle asked in a impatient tone. He doesn't like it when someone is making him wait, and Anna's father is no diffirent.

"Does he even want to see me? I mean, I, I avoided him last time. M-maybe he got angry at me and doesn't want to see me?" Anna's mind is full of worry, worry that her father might have gotten angry at her and does not want to see her. With the that thought in mind, Anna's body is shaking.

Seeing that Anna is shaking, Kyle hold both her shoulders and said, "Anna! Don't ever think like that. I'm sure that your father really wants to see you." What Anna is thinking is pointless, the last time he faced Arion, Arion practically threatened him. All of Arion's words was for Anna's sake, and Anna saying that her father doesn't care about her is the most ridiculous thing he has ever heard.

"How would you know?"

"Because he already knows how much I care for you, Anna." Arion's voice is suddenly heard in the room.

On his way towards the living room, he heard voices, voices of Kyle and his daughter. His heart was pounding so fast when he heard his daughter's voice. She came to see him. Arion is estactic, but he's not very happy to know that Kyle also came.

"Oh, my, I forgot to mention that your future son-in-law is also here. Sorry about that boss." Leon is having to much fun getting into his boss' nerves. It's the most dangerous yet the most exciting thing he likes to do.

He lives for the excitement. That's what he always says.

"D-daddy!" Anna immediately stood up from her seat, and quickly walks her way towards her father. She was about to hug him, but immediately stopped herself in front of him. Her longing for her father almost made her make a move that she shouldn't have.

She avoided him last time, she made a bad impression in front of him. What rights does she have to suddenly hug him so suddenly?

Hearing her calling him like that is like a dream come true for Arion. He have always imagine his sweet precious daughter calling him like that. And also, with her calling him like that made him realize the moments he missed. He has never been a father to her or to his son.

Seeing that she stopped from what she is about to do, it made Arion's heart ached. His daughter longed for him, and she couldn't force herself to express everything that she wanted to express. Clearly, she is worried about what happened the last time they met.

Since she is not going for it, Ario decided to do it for her. Arion stretches out his arms, then burried Anna into his embrace.

Anna is shocked by what just happened, but at the same time she is engulf with so much happiness. She never could have imagine that a father's warmth is very diffirent from a mother's warmth. It's just too bad that he brother is not here to experience the same warmth she is feeling now, but she understands that her brother is not ready for it.

After embra.s.sing his daughter for three minutes straight, Arion looks at Leon's direction. "Leon, you and Kyle should stay at the kitchen area. I want to be alone with my daughter here."

Before Kyle could even say a word, Arion glared at him. Guest or not, Arion really does not like Kyle at all. Anna is his only daughter, and of course, as a father, he would like to terminate every pest that likes to involve themselves to Anna, and that includes Kyle.

However, right now he can't push Kyle out of Anna's life since Anna has fallen for Kyle. The only thing he could do right now is to observe Kyle if he really is worthy for Anna.

"Come on now, bro. We shouldn't get in their bonding time." Leon spoke as he dragged Kyle towards the kitchen.

"I'm surprised that you're a very considerate person." Kyle plainly said to Leon. After learning that Leon is the reason why Anna figure out that he knows that truth, he never expected that Leon could be so considerate of others.

'If he is like that, then why did he told Anna about that?' Kyle inwardly asked. 

"Wow. You really must have thought that I'm a bad person." For some reason, Leon can feel that Kyle is somewhat angry at him, and he couldn't shake off that feeling. "What did I ever do to you?" He suddenly asked.

"Are you seriously asking me that?"
