"How did my dad heard about the rumors?" It was only half an hour ago since the words about her and Aaron started to spread. How did her father hear about it so fast?

"Have you forgotten that our parents are close to the princ.i.p.al here?" Josh said in a matter of fact tone. It's not too long ago when their parents revealed that their old teacher was the princ.i.p.al herself.

Josh is not too surprised about that since their parents did go to this school back then.

"G.o.d." It's normal for Nathalia to get angry at Aaron from time to time, but at this moment, she's really angry. "Aaron, this time it's really your fault and you're right, my father will surely punish you."

As much as she would like to defend Aaron from her father, Nathalia decided to let her father do things his way because she noticed that every word that Aaron releases is proving to her that he played a big part in why the rumors are spreading too quickly.

Whether she is right or not, she would still love her father to punish Aaron.

Aaron didn't even ask her about what she really felt about the situation. To her, it seems like Aaron wanted her to both of their sakes.

"I'm gonna fix this." He said in an anxious tone.

Aaron quickly took out his phone, then went to the school website and he posted that the words about him and Nathalia are all false. It has been almost two hours since the words were spreading, and during that time, it was spreading too quickly.  So many people have already heard about and still spreading it, Aaron thinks that it's going to take a while before everything calms down.

Either way, Aaron will still get punished later in the hands of Nathalia's father.

"That's what you get for being lazy."

"Sister! How can you say that to your own brother?! I'm about to die in the hands of uncle Leo! Can't you at least show some worry about me?" The moment he saw his sister, Aaron knew right away that she is not in a good mood. But he let it be, and now it has gotten worse.

Aaron can only think of one reason why his sister is like that. It is most likely about Kyle not telling her the truth about their father.

Truthfully, Aaron was upset when he learned that Kyle is keeping a secret, but however, his negative feelings towards Kyle disappeared when the thought of Kyle's action was all about Anna's well being. Just like him, Kyle also doesn't like to hurt Anna emotionally, and he might do the same thing.

"I don't think you deserve that, Aaron," Josh replied with a smile. Aaron saw that smile and he already hated it. He hates it when Josh smiles at him whenever he got himself into trouble. It seems like Josh enjoys to watch him getting punished for his actions.

"Did you do it?" 

School for today has ended, and Anna and Leon are walking side by side while talking about the pictures and video that Anna wanted Leon to post to the media.

"Not yet..." Leon scratches his head. He knows that he should do it right away, but got lazy and didn't do it. Besides, he prefers to work on his computer than on his phone. His phone is just too small for him to use to post all those pictures and videos.

Anna heard his response and couldn't help but groaned in disappointment. She isn't usually impatient about things, but her mind is just not stable at the moment. She can't help but get annoyed about almost everything around her.

She even gave her brother an att.i.tude earlier. She should not have done that. She should have helped her brother instead.

"I'll do it right away when I get home. So please, don't get angry?" Leon did not expect that Kyle has affected Anna this much. He thought that Anna will get upset and will get over it in just one night, but Kyle has bothered Anna's mind for the whole day.

"You better make do of your words, Leon." As they are walking towards the gate, Anna saw Kyle standing beside his car, looking as handsome as ever. "Well, I gotta go. My ride is here."

Without giving Leon the chance to say goodbye, Anna walks her way towards Kyle.

"I hope things will work out for both of them." Leon murmured to himself.

Anna's expression is the same as before, and at one glance Kyle can tell that something is wrong. He kept his mouth shut and let Anna inside his car. He wanted to ask her if something is bothering her, but the place they are in right now is not the right place for them to talk.

Kyle decided to ask her when they arrived at their favorite cafe. It's more peaceful there, and he thinks that it's better to talk at that place.

Anna and Kyle took their seats, but silence engulfed them both. They both don't know how to break off the ice between them. 

Kyle can feel that she is upset with him, and he could not figure out what she is upset about.

"Ann"

"Why didn't you tell me?" The moment Kyle mentioned her name, Anna cuts him off. She doesn't want him to ask her first. The reason why she stayed quiet is that she wanted to collect her thoughts first.

She doesn't want to open up the topic and start to talk about it while her mind is not stable.

Slightly startled by her questions, Kyle put on a confused expression. "Didn't tell you about what?"

"About my father? Why didn't you tell me about it? We were together the other day! And on that day you already knew that he's here in the country and you didn't say a word about it." As she said her words, Anna is trying really hard not raise her voice.

Kyle flinched. He did not expect the problem is about him not telling Anna about her father's presence. There is a lot of question going on his mind right now, but there is one question that he wanted to ask her.

"How did you know about that? Who told about that?" Basing on Anna's tone, she already knew and saw her father, and that there is no point in lying that he has no idea about it. If he did pretend, it will only cause more trouble for him.

"Leon. Leon told me about it." Looking straight into Kyle's eyes Anna continued, "Now, answer my question."
