"Kyle? That was fast." Leon said with a smile. He is quite satisfied that Anna is finally making her move.

"Yeah. I went and asked Lannie for Kyle's number." Earlier when she asked for it, Lannie was br.i.m.m.i.n.g with excitement. Lannie gave her Kyle's number without any hesitation. "Just like what you said, if I don't go for it, then I will only regret it later."

Anna heeds what Leon said to her earlier. For the first time in both of her past and current life, Anna pursues something that she really wants. If in the end that she will get rejected, then she will accept it. At least she tried, and have nothing to regret.

"You said what to my sister?" Aaron did not expect Leon to advise his sister about love and regrets. It looks like behind that happy go lucky image of Leon, there is a man who has experienced a lot of things. Experiences that Leon regretted.

"Hey, I'm Anna's friend, and as her friend, I advise her to try. If she does nothing about her feelings, then she will only regret it." Leon said in his defense.

Of course, if Anna were to be rejected by Kyle which is impossible to happen, Anna will have no regret for not trying. Besides, Leon is sure that in the end, Anna and Kyle will end up together as long as there is no one getting in between them.

If Kyle's feelings for Anna are strong, and Anna's feelings for Kyle are also strong, there is no way for both of them to be not together and the challenges that will come in the future will be like a piece of cake for them both.

As much as Leon hates seeing couples being all lovey-dovey, Leon still wants Anna to have her happiness with Kyle. His reason for this is because of his boss. Arion did so much for him, and his only way to repay back is to make sure that Arion's daughter is happy and no harm shall be done to her.

"Do you want your sister to grow old alone?" Leon asked. The way these father and son pair are reacting is getting on Leon's nerves, it is as if they don't want Anna to ever marry anyone and stay as their only princess.

"Of course, I want my sister to find a man that can make her happy, but…" Aaron paused, he does not know what to say to argue back at Leon.

"But…?" Leon is pus.h.i.+ng Aaron to tell him what kind of reason does he have. He knows that Aaron has no reason, but pus.h.i.+ng Aaron like this is making him feel satisfied.

"Tsk! Nothing." Aaron said with a low growl. He glances at his sister, and said, "Anna, if that person does something inappropriate to you, crush his b.a.l.l.s with no mercy." Since it has come to this, Aaron would just give up and let his sister do whatever she wants. Besides, he already knows that Kyle has been trying too hard just to make a good impression on his grandfather.

Leon and Anna heard Aaron loud and clear, and they could not help but laugh. Crus.h.i.+ng Kyle's b.a.l.l.s is quite excessive. Just imagining it is making Leon feel bad for Kyle, and as for Anna, she does not have the heart to do that because whether she and Kyle end up together, she still wants Kyle to have children of his own.

"I'm pretty sure that Kyle would never do any appropriate actions towards me, brother," Anna said in a rea.s.suring tone. If Kyle is that type of person, then he would have done it a long time ago. He had a lot of chances when they were together, especially the part where he stayed in her room for quite a while.

"Anna, we can never be sure, that is why I'm telling you to beat him up just in case." In Aaron's thoughts, he thinks that it is much to beat him up already. Making his sister fall for him when he did not even do much effort towards Anna. The only person he has been trying so hard making a great impression of himself is towards his grandfather.

"Aaron, you worry too much. My big brother is not that type of person, he's a gentleman." Lannie who happens to be around heard everything that Aaron said. She is not angry at the words Aaron was spouting, instead, she understands why Aaron is like that.

What Aaron is doing is what a loving brother would do, protect its only sister. Even though her brother might not say it, she knows that her brother cares about her and has always been protecting her at all times.

In the position that she is in, Lannie thinks that she has no right to get angry at Aaron who is only worried about his sister's feelings getting hurt. She also thinks that if her brother would hurt Anna's feelings, she would be the first one to slap her brother in the face.

"Gentleman? Let's see about that." Aaron replied back as he watches the car that is approaching them. The car that is approaching looks very familiar, and as it is drawing closer to them. When he saw who is the driver of the car, he can't help but clicked his tongue in dissatisfaction.

"Oh~ Here he comes!" Lannie excitedly said as she grips Leon's shoulders very tightly. Leon slightly winced at the pain and was somewhat impressed at the grip Lannie is giving him. For a girl like Lannie who does not have any training or some sort, she has quite a strength.

The car stopped in front of them, and they waited for the man inside the car to get out. A few seconds later, the man inside the car finally came out.

Anna stared at the man who just came out of the car, and that man also stared back at her. Anna felt slightly embarra.s.sed at the stare he is giving her, it was as if in his eyes, she is the only one he could see and that everything else is nothing in his eyes. 

"Hey, brother! Please take care of my friend, alright?" After saying that, Lannie pushed Anna towards her brother, and because of that push, Anna lost her balance.

With a quick swift move, Kyle was able to catch Anna. It is really a good thing that Lannie's brother is closer to where they are or else, Anna's face will be on the ground by now.
