At the cafeteria where some students gathered to eat their lunch after their morning cla.s.ses, there were two young girls laughing uncontrollably, tears were clearly seen in their eyes and they hold their stomach in pain because of so much laughter .

"What are you two laughing about?" Aaron who's clueless asked Anna and her new found friend .

Both girls stop laughing and look at Aaron, "Pfft!"

Aaron could feel his veins popping out from anger . He has no clue why do these two girls keep laughing at him everytime they look at him . Is there some dirt on his face? He subconsciously touches his face at that thought, he even took out Anna's little mirror in his bag . He looks at his reflection, 'There is no dirt why are they kept on laughing at my face? Am I ugly? No . That can't be the reason why . '

Aaron heaves a sigh to calm himself and decided that it's useless to get his answer from these two . "What's your name anyway?"

Nathalia raised her right brow, "You're asking that now?" After twenty minutes of being together in the same table, Aaron was asking her name now?

"Got a problem with that?"

Nathalie inwardly rolled her eyes, she can already tell that she and Aaron wouldn't get along . "Nathalie . . . Nathalie Vendallin . "

"Your last name sounds familiar . . . " Aaron caresses his chin and then said, " . . . and it's annoying . " Nathalia's mouth twitches from annoyance . How dare he say my last name is annoying?! That's her father's family name!

"Well excuse me if I annoyed you, mister!" Nathalia scoffed and turn her attention to Anna . She doesn't want to waste her time talking to someone like Aaron . "So Anna, do you have any plans for this week?"

Anna just shook her head in response, she's busy chewing her food . Nathalia was delighted to know that Anna is not doing anything, it indicates that she has more time to get to know Anna .

Nathalia kept on telling Anna on what should they do after school today, tomorrow and the days gonna come after that . As Aaron was listening to the girl in front of him, he frowns . The more he listens the more he realizes that Nathalia is taking all of Anna's time for him .

"Hey! You just met each other and yet here you are taking up all her time!" Aaron would not let Nathalia get all of his beloved sister's attention away from him . Also, Anna should not allow Nathalia to take more of her time!

"It's fine, brother . " Anna gave her brother a rea.s.suring smile .

"She said it's fine . Now, do please mind your own business . " 'Hah! Take that! You just don't want me to get close to your sister!' Nathalia smirk at Aaron and that smirk only made Aaron twitch in anger .

"But of course, if you're that worried about me you can just come with us . " Her words surprised Nathalia, she didn't like that idea at all . She just wants Anna to be with her alone and doesn't want to add a third wheel in the party .

Seeing Nathalia's reaction Aaron happily accepted his sister's invitation . From her look he already can tell that he doesn't want to be in their 'girl bonding', but what can he do? He's just too worried about Anna's sake . He doesn't want another fake friend to appear out of nowhere and break her fragile heart in the end . For Aaron being cautious with Nathalia is normal for him, after all, there are many enemies lurking around the corner waiting for the right time to strike .

Nathalia tried to reason with Anna, she told her that it's supposed to be just girls no boys allowed even if it's her brother but all that reasoning didn't work on Anna . In Anna's opinion she also wants some 'girls time only' experience but like her brother, she also needs to be cautious about Nathalia . Trusting a person that easily could break her and when that happens again she might even distance herself from everyone even her own family .

"Don't worry too much, Nathalia . I'm not gonna interfere on what you guys might be doing . " Aaron says this but it's entirely different of what he just said . He's going to test Nathalia whether she's just faking to be friends with his sister or she just genuinely wants to be Anna's friend .

Nathalia squinted her eyes clearly doubting Aaron's words . She could only sigh in defeat, after all, it is Anna's decision, she can only object when she and Anna are close enough to share each other's weaknesses . 'You win this round Aaron but I will surely win in the next one . '

~Coleman Residence~

"How's your first day, you two?" Mary asked while caressing Aaron's hair .

"Drama, but it was nice . "

"What do you mean 'drama'? It was annoying if you ask me . That girl, Nathalia . I don't like her one bit!" Mary frowned at her son's statement . This is just their first day in school and Aaron doesn't like somebody already . She wonders what this Nathalia girl did to her son, to make him not like her . Her son doesn't usually judge someone based on their appearance .

"That's not what I'm talking about . " Anna gave her brother a stare and said, "Rebecca confronted me earlier, that's why it was drama and Nathalia is a nice person brother . Don't just judge her right away . " Aaron ignored the part that Anna said that Nathalia is a nice person but instead he was shocked to hear that Rebecca confronted his sister earlier . He did not know about that at all, he was with his sister all day, how come he didn't know about this?

Seeing the reaction of her son, Mary asks, "You didn't know about this? How come?"

Aaron doesn't know what to say to his mother's question . Anna spoke up for her brother's sake, "He was busy . Busy sleeping . "

"He was?/I was?" Aaron and Mary asked simultaneously . Anna nodded and Aaron got a smack from his mother .

"First day and you're already slacking off! Seriously! Where did you even get that laziness of yours?!" Mary honestly doesn't know where this son of hers got his laziness from . Aaron is smart and all but he lacks motivation in some fields that he's supposed to do . The only part that he's very energized is when he's training or when he's holding a gun .

Partly she's the one to blame for her son's only motivation in the dangerous field but all in all, Mary did not slack off when it comes to education back in her days . Looks like she has to make her son be motivated . Be it nicely or harshly!
