The man had consumed too much alcohol that he could not even stand straight or walk properly. He kept b.u.mping into other people, but those did not throw a fit on him. Normally, these gangsters would not let anyone go unscratched if someone b.u.mps into them, but since this tipsy man is the one b.u.mping into them, they let him go as if nothing happened.

The only reason why they are tolerant of that guy is because of the people that guy is working for.
