Alfonso wanted to do it himself, but his son suddenly got a fever, his work was loaded, and to add more he needs to find a new a.s.sistant. His days were so hectic that he did not have much time to torture Elina by his own hands.

But now everything is done, he has the time to pay a visit to Elina. When he entered the room where Elina is, she looked like a beggar in his sight. He walked in front of her.

Elina noticed someone was in front of her. She looked up and saw the person that she misses so much. She wants to stand up and run to him, but her body was in so much pain that she couldn't do so.

"Y-you're here..." There was a huge smile plastered on Elina's face. She was excited to see Alfonso in such a long time but Alfonso, on the other hand, did not feel the same. He only looked at her with full of hatred and disgust. He can't bear to look at her, but he has to be here to get some answers.

"Don't look at me like that. I am not here to help you get out of here." His tone of voice was stone cold; it was very alarming to hear. Elina felt the hatred behind Alfonso's words; she couldn't understand why Alfonso feels that way towards her. "I'm here to get some answers from you." He added.

"answers?" Elina was slightly confused at what Alfonso just said. 'Answers? What kind of answers can I even give to him?'

"Yes. Answers. I want to know what you know about Johan." The only person they know who interacted with Johan is Elina. To get some information that they wanted to perceive is to get Elina to speak everything that she knows.

"Johan? I, I don't know who that is." Elina said. She was telling the truth, though the name does sound familiar she can't pinpoint who on earth Alfonso is talking about though.

The corner of Alfonso's lips twitched at Elina's answer. "You don't know who Johan is?" He said as he bends down and tightly held Elina's jaw. "Then tell me why in h.e.l.l are you working with Johan to try and kill my son?"

Elina's eye opened wide when she heard him say that. The person who helped her is Johan? Yes, that is right. That was his name; she overheard that name at the day Pia died. Elina looked directly into Alfonso's eyes even though it was scary to look at him in the eye she still manages to do it.

She saw so much hatred in his eyes; she even wonders what did Johan do to Alfonso. Is it because they tried to kill that little pest? Why would Alfonso care so much to that little pest? Why can't he neglect that little pest and focus his whole attention towards her?

Thinking that all that she has done for Alfonso were bested singlehandedly by a little pest is making Elina angry. She swears that if ever she gets out of this place, Elina will surely finish what she started with or without anyone's help.

Alfonso looks at her and probably could guess what she is thinking. "If you think that you can escape here, then you are wrong." He said. "This is the place where you die suffering. That is what you get from aligning yourself with Johan."

"I did not know that you and that person hate each other. If I had known that then I would have never aligned myself with him in the first place!" The people in the back who was watching couldn't help but shake their heads in disappointment. 'Wrong choice of words, miss.'

"So you are saying that even without Johan you would still try to kill my son?" Alfonso said. He is on the verge of bursting out in anger. From the way Alfonso interpret Elina's word, she is saying that even without Johan's help, Elina would still try and kill his son. On the inside, Alfonso is trying to control himself not to kill Elina right this instant.

Without any hesitation, Elina answered, "Yes!"

The people in the back look at her in disbelief, she truly had gone mad towards her affection to Alfonso. If she wants Alfonso to like her even though it seems impossible, she should have at least not try to kill Alexandre in the first place. That is a foolish move to make someone like you.

"Gosh, Is she stupid or what?" The man on the right whispered to his buddy beside him.

"Surely she is. She deserves to die; I don't sense any pity towards her." The man on the left whispered back.

Alfonso couldn't suppress his anger any longer that he slapped Elina with all his strength. The slap echoed in the room. The corner on Elina's mouth bleed, she was in shocked that Alfonso strikes her. "I'm gonna make sure that you will never see another daylight from outside. I'm also going to make sure that you will suffer here every single day until your last breath. Then after that, your body will be fed to the sharks." His was cold, very cold than before. The Alfonso in front of her is very different from the Alfonso that she knew. She no longer sees that man she loves right now. It was a whole different person.

Alfonso turned his back on her and started to walk towards the door without looking back at her. Elina saw him leaving her in this dark room all alone. Him leaving her shattered her heart in pieces. Deep inside, she knows that Alfonso never looks on her way; she kept denying that fact because she doesn't want to admit it.

After leaving the room where Elina is Alfonso is calming down a bit. He turned his head towards the two men who were with him earlier, "Make sure that she will suffer every day. Don't let her die easily, make her beg but don't obey to her begging, got it?"

"Yes, sir." The two men said in unison.

After hearing their answer, Alfonso took out his phone and dialed Mary's number. After a few rings of waiting, Mary finally answered her phone, "What is it?" She said.

"That wench doesn't know anything. I'm guessing that Elina is only one of Johan's little p.a.w.ns that he likes to play."

Mary was silent for a while. She knows what Alfonso is talking about and couldn't be helped but sighed. It's happening all over again. The only difference is that it's harder to predict Johan's move more than ever.
