Normally speaking, when a company has a problematic product, if the company would stand up and explain nicely to the public and discuss their [next action plans, the public would at least be pacified a little bit.

Li WangJin, on the other hand, decided to first suppress the news, wipe it off of the most trending list, cancel accounts that bashed his products, all in one go. Well, it might have been fun for him to do that, but not so much for the netizens and they started bashing him right away.

This time the new search term was Li WangJin was dead. That very much described all of their feelings right now.

Some netizens were coordinating for group returns. The launch of the Cherry Blossom Pills was worst disaster everyone has seen in years.

On his way to look for Zhang Bi, Li WangJin kept in touch with his employees. More and more customers were demanding refunds and the number of complaints about their stores also continued to climb.
