"Ah…" NiNi lose her voice when she heard w.a.n.g Kai's explanation. Are you kidding me? She walk to the drawer again, taking out the whole box from the drawer.

The moment she take out and see the box covers, NiNi know she was embarra.s.sing herself again. The cover was clearly a big picture of dog with pink bow on it. She put back the box and chew her thumb nail. d.a.m.n it, what happen to her today?

w.a.n.g Kai hold his tongue to stop him from laughing. Not wanting to make her even more embra.s.sed, he decides to hand the clothes on the door handle.

"Xiao Ni, I hand your clothes on the handle. I will prepare the tea downstairs. Can we talk after this?" he said gently. After reflecting on that night accident, w.a.n.g Kai realized he has been too controlling.

So he learns to control his temper.

Not waiting for NiNi's answer, he walk outside and close the bedroom door.

When NiNi hear the closing door sound from distance, she open the bathroom door and take the clothes from outside. It was actually a one piece peach dress with a white underwear. She wanted to hit her head to the wall when she saw the underwear.

After spending 5 minutes to lamenting her bad luck today, she changed unto the dress. She also fold her pants, hiding her wet underwear inside the pants. Slowly she open the door and step out. She really want to wear a mask and hide her face forever.

Hugging her pants on her chest, NiNi slowly walk to the bedroom door. Now that she is alone on the bed, she just realized w.a.n.g Kai's display some of their photos beside his bed. There are photos of him and Guan Xian, also photos of him and NiNi.

Pursing her lips together, NiNi nod her head slightly, surprised that w.a.n.g Kai also can be a sentimental person. She turn her body back to the door and open the k.n.o.b. Slowly making her way to get out from this apartment.

Her plan is, get out immediately before w.a.n.g Kai found her. That way she could at least save her dignity. When she slowly close the door, she realized that w.a.n.g Kai has mopped the floor already. Gulping NiNi head turns red again.

Lifting the jeans, she hides herself.

HuHuHu… she didn't found her puppies but she lost her insanity instead.

She walks to the stairs, taking every step with caution. She pray that w.a.n.g Kai still on the kitchen so she can escape smoothly. However maybe G.o.d want to play with her today, w.a.n.g Kai was sitting causally on the black leather sofa.

Frowning NiNi walks to the sofa too unwillingly. Whatever, just have to thickening her face and act like nothing happen. After all w.a.n.g Kai have more mistake than her, so she has more favorable position. Her peach dress sway as she walk down from the stairs.

NiNi felt w.a.n.g Kai gaze the moment she sits on the sofa, sitting with sullen face. The other interlocutors just silently smile and lazily leaning back to the sofa.

"You want to take the dogs right?" w.a.n.g Kai tease NiNi, he grins again. NiNi throw an un-happy look when she remembers about the puppy, where did he hide them? But she still refuse to talk to w.a.n.g Kai.

Sensing that NiNi is still angry w.a.n.g Kai began his explanation.

"Song Yun and I met at Oxford, she get a scholars.h.i.+p." w.a.n.g Kai starts his story, gently stares at NiNi as he continues.

"That day, we have party and somebody put something on my drink. I wake up next to her the next morning, naked." w.a.n.g Kai wipes his face with both of his hand out of frustration. It was honestly one of the most thing he regret on his life.

NiNi face turns pale, as her heart clenched. She felt like a hundreds needle piercing her heart without any mercy. So it was true, he really sleep with her. She pressed her lips tightly, didn't make any sound. He already told her the worst parts, there is no need for her to avoiding it anymore.

"I didn't plan to make the relations.h.i.+p that serious, but that thing happens. So I bought her home and meet my parents. Not long after the trip she run away with other guy." He said with a low voice, NiNi turns her head to w.a.n.g Kai immediately.

He got dumped? NiNi blink her eyes twice as she see w.a.n.g Kai's worn out expression. He felt sad for that guy, he was dumped by his first love. Her eyes turns watery as she suddenly stand up.

"Huaaa…. That bad witch! Who dare she dumped my brother? Don't worry I will avenge your pain!" NiNi said ready to declare a war with Song Yun. w.a.n.g Kai who saw that she was going to rage reach her hand instantly, prevent her to go.

"It's okay, I am actually happy she left me." w.a.n.g Kai cheered. NiNi is angry for his sake, does that mean she still care about him?

He was going insane already these past few days without NiNi. Probably used to bicker and tease NiNi all the time, when suddenly she shut him off, he felt so empty. It's crazy how someone can affect your life to that extent.

He thought she didn't want to see him again, starts to avoid him like she did at high school. Hanging out with Yan Xi, didn't even want to be on the same place with him. It breaking his heart more than when Song Yun dumped him.

"…" NiNi forget this man is heartless. He even feels happy after being dumped. NiNi sit on the sofa again, now that she was already comfortable her hand reach for the tea cup.

"I don't know she was pregnant that time, I also didn't expect my mom to do that just to drive her out. I'm sorry that I shout on you that night, I don't want you to commit a sin for my past." w.a.n.g Kai said whole-heartedly.

NiNi froze when she heard w.a.n.g Kai apologize. Yeah, that time she left because he shout on her, because of that girl. He knew she hated it when people shout to her but he did it anyway. Biting her lips, she slowly put the cup on the table again.

"It's okay. Forget about it, I actually also have something to discussed with you." NiNi said with serious expression, her whole body was stiff but she was trembling inside. She felt like her blood was boiling on her veins but she felt extremely cold.

w.a.n.g Kai on the other hand just nods and give her the time to speak.

NiNi smile turns shaky as she repeatedly swallowing, lowering her gaze.

"I don't think we should continue our engagement." Her voice was soft, but it was enough to provoke w.a.n.g Kai's bottom lines.
