"Hey this is not the way you treat your savior who give you gummies!" w.a.n.g Kai snorts as she wounded his man pride.

"Hey this is not the way you treat someone who save you from you as.e.xual scandal." NiNi also snorts, following him. She was clearly annoyed by the devil.

"I'm single by choice, it was my dignity." w.a.n.g Kai look at NiNi seriously, then say "It was better than being rejected infront of everybody." He continued and laughs his a.s.s. NiNi suddenly take his arm and bit it hard!

NiNi face turned red as she remember the confession thing. She confess her feeling to a senior name Zhang Han and rejected. Everyone in the school know because she confess to him in front of male dormitory with cliché scene.

"Are you a dog?" w.a.n.g Kai laugh and let NiNi bite him. It's not hurt anyway as he contract his muscle and make his arm hard. HOHOHO let see how strong your teeth is.

"A pig, a dog, a dinosaur no matter what you call me it won't make you have a better image!" NiNi roll her eyes and make a 'you-are-so-stupid' face.

"How can, I'm a perfect image of human." He put his arrogant face back.

"Yeah, your girlfriend is a pig that makes you a pig too! Your girlfriend is a dog, that mean you are also a dog!" NiNi attack was so damage full. w.a.n.g Kai was K.O. NiNi feel satisfied when she saw w.a.n.g Kai surrender face.

While a.s.sistant Han hold his laugh with all of his strength, but failed as he make the "pftttt" sound. Seeing the other side of his aloof boss, a.s.sistant Han was amused. Boss is not someone you can joke with, he was always efficient and serious. The most important thing is he never lose in any argument.

However the big boss w.a.n.g Kai he knew disappear when he meet NiNi. The stiff scary dude changes into playful.

"a.s.sistant Han, have you finalized the contract with HuNan?" w.a.n.g Kai said with his low deep voice. a.s.sistant Han body become tense. Oh G.o.d, he plan to punish me because I laugh?

"… Ekhem, it's finished boss." a.s.sistant Han reply as his voice tremble. Now the playful man is gone! The devil master is back.

"Oh, then you help the planning team. Come up with new proposal for Tang.co the first thing in the morning!"

"… Ok boss." a.s.sistant Han reply helplessly. There gone his happy night, working like a slave every day. 'I'm going to die alone' a.s.sistant Han said silently.

w.a.n.g Kai brain working hard to counter NiNi's attack, however he can't come up with any idea. Thankfully his phone rang and save his face from another humiliation.

He read the caller name, Gui Xian.

"Kai, NiNi's contract with bright star have been terminated. Everything is settled." Gui Xian inform him. Due to Gui Xian loud voice, NiNi can hear their convestation to.

When she heard that her contract have been terminated she somehow felt sad and happy. No matter how bad Su Li Yan treat her, there are many good staff there. Wait a second, I haven't persuade w.a.n.g Kai to make Jun Li come with me. I should fight with him just now.

"Ok, I will bring NiNi to w.a.n.g entertainment now." w.a.n.g Kai said as they end their call. Then his gaze fall on the girl sitting beside him, she was lost in her own world while w.a.n.g Kai look her like she was her whole world.

"About your carrier, do you still want to be singer or continue pursuing acting?" w.a.n.g Kai voice suddenly become serious. w.a.n.g Kai always knew she love to entertain people since she was kid. She born with the star aura and grow within it. She had something with her that make her the center of attention. She was born to be a star, he always knew this.

But she have a wrong motivation. Her motivation is to rebel against her family, thus her carrier stuck. Joining the bright star is not a right choice for her, because Su Li Yan was money oriented. Because of this, NiNi make many wrong steps and It make her carrier stagnant.

The biggest mistake they make is her reputation. She didn't get known because her work but because her scandal. She get famous because she was the rich missy, not because she was talented.

Now that she will be under his supervision, he will make everything right. He will make her dream come true.

"It's okay too if you want to be both." w.a.n.g Kai offer another idea when NiNi was hesitant to choose.

"Actually… I want to act right now." She reply with a small voice. w.a.n.g Kai nod his head and ruffled her hair.

"Okay, Little sister rest a.s.sured, your big brother will pave the way for you to reach the star." He smile and wiggle his eyebrow. NiNi froze for a second, his sentence bring her childhood memory back.

The snow was falling that time when Guan and w.a.n.g family decide to go vacation together. NiNi was crying the whole day because she want to go out and play. But mother Guan forbids her to go out because the fever she had.

Everyone had tried to coax her but the little NiNi still cry all day long.

Gui Xian and w.a.n.g Kai was already second grade that time. They planned to play s...o...b..ll fight that time but they call it off since little NiNi is sick. Both of the smart boys think of various way to cheer NiNi up. But they failed everytime.

w.a.n.g Kai sit silently beside the crying little girl, the little boy was anxious. He hate seeing her tears and he love her laughter. As his big brother, w.a.n.g Kai feel the responsibility to protect and make her little sister happy.

Her tears make the little w.a.n.g Kai can't think straight and sad. Gui Xian was in the kitchen, making a hot choco for NiNi. He was left alone with the crying girl.

"Xiao Ni, let brother tell you a story." A brilliant idea pop in his mind. He tell little NiNi his favorite fairytale, The happy prince from Oscar Wilde. He successfully stop NiNi crying with his story.

"Brother w.a.n.g, why did you tell me such a sad story?" NiNi frown when she heard the sad ending from the story. w.a.n.g Kai smile as he wisely tell he little NiNi morale of the story from 2 grader perspective.

"It's not a sad ending, the happy prince is happy because he had achieves his dream and he had a very loyal little swallow." w.a.n.g Kai said as he ruffled the little girl hair. NiNi look at w.a.n.g Kai with her big bright eyes. He could see her wet eyelashes and her red nose.

"NiNi also want a little swallow to help NiNi achieve NiNi's dream." NiNi say at w.a.n.g Kai, forget about her misery.

"Then, brother will be NiNi's big swallow and help NiNi achieve NiNi's dream." The little w.a.n.g Kai said with a clear firm voice. He had decide to fulfill Xiao Ni's wish.

"But brother is not a bird." NiNi frown and shook his head, not agreeing with w.a.n.g Kai ideas.

"… but brother still can help NiNi." The little girl grin happily.

"Yeah, Little sister rest a.s.sured, your big brother will pave the way for you to reach the your dream."

That was the long forgotten little promise between them, he still remember it. The warmth creep into both adult hearts now. A foolish promise they both share.

He was happy he had the chance to stand beside her, help her chasing her dream.

She was happy, he still remembers his promise.

"En, my big swallow will help me to fulfill my dream. Make me a happy princess." NiNi face was solemn and radiates when she look at him and smile.

"I believe you." She continued.
