w.a.n.g Ru closes his eyes, his face was solemn as he heard every word coming out from NiNi mouth.

Did he really act like an immature 5 years old boy?

He was blinded by envy toward w.a.n.g Kai, doing nothing but hating on him all day all night while w.a.n.g Kai keeps walking down his path to thriving for succsess.

Suddenly everything he planned goes to vain, like evaporated smoke on the clear skies.

He covers his eyes with her bruised arms, he let a low chuckle coming out from his mouth. Suddenly felt everything he has feels and did for these past years is useless.

NiNi can see how slowly w.a.n.g Ru ears flooding with tears, she suddenly stung by a pang of pity for w.a.n.g Ru. She takes steps closer towards w.a.n.g Ru, squatting beside the man.

"Alright, the first step of your repentance is to make a friend. Since I'm very kind and soft-hearted, I will offer you this rare opportunity. Do you want to be my friend?" She smiles warmly before she stick out her hand.

w.a.n.g Ru arms move a little as his head moves towards NiNi white jade-like hand. He blinks a few times, thinking that he was dreaming in the middle of the day.

"You don't want?" NiNi starts to frown when w.a.n.g Ru left her hand hanging on the air. He just stares at her hand like a lost boy. "Fine, forget it then," she said retrieving her hand back.

When he saw she pull back her hand, w.a.n.g Ru felt panic on his heart, he quickly moves his injured arms to hold unto NiNi's hand.

"Want... friend..." he murmured, feeling a little shy. He was a 26 old grown-up man but he looks like a 5 years old boy. Nini wanted to laugh at him but she hears heavy footsteps from the outside. '

Must be w.a.n.g Kai! dang it, he came too late. She glances at w.a.n.g Ru innocent eyes, feeling helpless.

"Alright, now you stand up and quickly run away from here. w.a.n.g Kai is coming if he saw your state he might not want to marry me again!" NiNi said panicky. She lost control when she beat up w.a.n.g Ru if w.a.n.g Kai knows how barbaric she didn't think w.a.n.g Kai still wanted to be with her.

"..." still care about images? you just became a gang leader a few minutes before what images you wanted to maintain?

The bald man wanted to say that, but remembering that Nini wanted to share her family remedy for hair loss, he didn't dare to refute her words.

"Bald guy, quick carry him and take your gang away from this house." NiNi command before she left them behind and run to the main door. With heavy breathe and pale face from running too fast, NiNi was dejected when she finds no one on the main door.

"w.a.n.g Kai you rotten egg!" she scolded, kicking a small stone on the floor while she pouted. What took him so long? she even has to deal with w.a.n.g Ru herself. She was expecting a grand gesture of hero saving a beauty.

That stone cold man probably too busy to notice she was gone. She suddenly felt upset, lowering her head sadly. The images of beauty standing alone on an abandoned house alone with tears on her eyes were too hard to watch.

It makes the special force that was hidden on several spots felt their heartache for her. Not to mention w.a.n.g Kai who hides on the closest distance. Unconsciously he stands up and runs towards NiNi to pull her into his warm protection.

"Fortunately you are fine." He whispers in the most relieved tone NiNi ever heard, she can still hear the tone of distress while he frantically tightened his hug.

"I'm okay, it just what took you so long!" NiNi was still unhappy and scold him.

"It's alright, first we must get out of this house in 5 minutes." w.a.n.g Kai suddenly holds her hand and makes a signal with his finger. He pointed out the door signaling the troops to execute their plan.

NiNi was dumbfounded when dozen of troops wearing safety helmets and armor move to the house. "Ah? What are you doing, It's okay I'm fine, let just forget this and go home." The images of her gang member and pitiful w.a.n.g Ru played on her mind.

"Brother w.a.n.g let just forget this okay, I've to make w.a.n.g Ru forget about his heart. please stop this war now." she pleaded hard, doing everything on her sleeve to stop w.a.n.g Kai.

w.a.n.g Kai looks at NiNi suspiciously, but he went soft when he saw her pleading with a pitiful face. He makes a stop signal and makes the troops move back.

"Thank you." NiNi murmured as she watches the troops back off and makes their former formation.

"It's okay, I've planted a bomb on every corner of the house."
