Ravage MC: Inflame Me - Part 14

Part 14

My spine p.r.i.c.kles, and my b.a.l.l.s draw up. I'm going to come, and there is no stopping it. I pound into her, rubbing her c.l.i.t hard with my fingers, and just as she sets off again, I release. It hits so f.u.c.king hard I would be surprised if the top of my d.i.c.k is still intact.

"Holy s.h.i.t," she says, sucking in breath. I think this is the first time I've ever heard her curse, and I can't stop the chuckle. "What?"

"Just funny, Sprite. Hearing you cuss."

"Whatever," she says.

I lie down on her, her head resting on top of mine. I can feel her facial muscles pulling, no doubt into a smile. d.a.m.n, I am so f.u.c.ked.

I RUB MY hand back and forth on Tanner's arm. She's been sleeping for quite a while, but I need her to wake. I just got a text from Pops that we needed to get our a.s.ses back to the clubhouse now. f.u.c.k if I know what's going on, but our alone time just got pulled short.

"Hey," she whispers groggily.

"Hey. Need you to get your stuff. We've gotta head back to the clubhouse."

Her head pops up. "Already?"

"Yep. Get dressed."

Tanner moans, but hurriedly pulls on her clothes and stuffs the rest of her things in a bag. "Ready."

"Let's go get Dagger and your mom."

I WANTED TANNER on the back of my f.u.c.king bike, but that isn't an option when Mearna can't get on the back of Dagger's. Tanner insisted that she drive her mother, so I had to let her drive that piece of s.h.i.t that we damaged. It's not the most ideal thing, but when I called Pops, he told us to get our a.s.ses back now, by any means, and this is our means. I don't like it, but it's all we've got. Dagger's leading, followed by Tanner and her mom, and then me. It's the best we can do.

One good thing, though, is the car isn't leaking s.h.i.t all over the place, so it could be worse.

Pulling into the compound, Derek, the new prospect, is at the gate and waves us in. Tanner's car stalls just as we get inside the gate, and I have to swerve to miss. .h.i.tting it. f.u.c.king h.e.l.l. I should be p.i.s.sed, but I'm not. It's not her fault, and it's by some miracle that we even made it here.

We park and help the woman into the clubhouse. Dagger carries Mearna. Something weird is going on with that s.h.i.t, but I don't have time for it right now.

Entering the main room, Pops greets us at the door. "You have two problems. One ..." He points over to the bar where that b.i.t.c.h Sandra is looking at me all wide-eyed and rising from the stool of the bar. "And two, we're discussing in church in ten minutes." I pull Tanner close to me, and Pops raises his brow. "Get this s.h.i.t handled," he says before walking off.

"Who's that?" Tanner asks, looking up at me.

"Trouble," I grumble. "Why don't you go with Dagger and get your mom settled?" I move my arm away as she nods skeptically. h.e.l.l, I don't blame her a bit.

"Rhys, baby, where have you been? I've been trying to call you." Sandra steps into my s.p.a.ce and locks her lips with mine.

I push her hard, and she lands on her a.s.s in front of me. "What the f.u.c.k gives you the right to kiss me, you b.i.t.c.h?" Anger blazes in me. I see nothing but red. No one f.u.c.king touches me, let alone kisses me, without my consent.

"I just wanted to come and see you." She tries to stand in her s.l.u.tty high heels.

"Big f.u.c.king mistake." I turn to Tanner, whose mouth is gaping. "Sprite, go to your room with your mother." She doesn't move. "Sprite!" I yell. She jumps, looking at me like I have lost my d.a.m.n mind, and I pretty much have when it comes to the b.i.t.c.h in front of me.

Tanner says nothing, but she does walk away.

"Cruz, GT," I call out, and the guys come over. "Need somewhere to lock this b.i.t.c.h up until I can deal with her." f.u.c.king b.i.t.c.h is a liar, and I should have dealt with her a.s.s a long f.u.c.king time ago.

"Panic room," GT calls out. It's not really called that, but it scares the s.h.i.t out of people who hear it. It's a room we can lock from the outside with no windows, so we know the b.i.t.c.h can't get out.

After locking her up and hearing her plead, we move to church.

"Know what this s.h.i.t's about?" I ask Cruz.

"f.u.c.k no. Pops just called everyone in." He tosses his phone on the pool table with mine.

"Girls are fine," Dagger says, entering the room. I have no doubt that Tanner is not fine. Then again, she has to know both sides of me, so I don't regret s.h.i.t. That b.i.t.c.h Sandra has more than a little shove coming to her. I'm half tempted to put Princess in there with her for a half hour.

I lift my chin and take my seat at the large, rectangular table that has been in this room for generations. Everyone is here, including Tug, Buzz, and Breaker, the newest members of the Ravage MC.

Bang. The gavel slams, all eyes focusing up on Pops.

"What we did for Blaze is coming back to bite us in the a.s.s," Pops says.

We all knew this day was coming. Blaze had these two a.s.sholes, father and son, who used to rape her repeatedly. She got away and disappeared here to Sumner, but they found her and tried to take her. That didn't happen. There was a huge fire fight, and we took those a.s.sholes out, instead. The problem is, those two f.u.c.kers ran with one of our major distributers that we do runs for. With them gone, I have no doubt they are losing money.

Tug's eyes could burn wood. Blaze is his ol' lady, and he would do anything to protect her. "Yeah," he says, staring right at Pops.

"Calm your s.h.i.t," Pops demands, but Tug doesn't move an inch. "The a.s.sholes actually thanked us." My eyes shoot to Pops. What the f.u.c.k? "Yep, said that Santos and Frank were two a.s.sholes that they were ready to get rid of."

"Then what's the problem?" this comes from Becs, VP of Ravage.

"The guys who took over want to be compensated for how much cash they've lost."

I close my eyes. f.u.c.king h.e.l.l.

"And how much?" Dagger asks.

"Well, that's the kicker. We either pay them two hundred thousand dollars, or some of us go work for him for a week."

What in the Sam h.e.l.l is going on here?

"You mean they want us to go up there so they can beat the h.e.l.l out of us?" I ask.

"Pretty much," Pops says.

"No f.u.c.king way any of us are going up there," Dagger says, stroking his beard. "They'll have bullets in our heads before it's time for us to leave."

I shake my head. "No f.u.c.king way," I agree.

"All right, you want to tell me how we're going to come up with that much cash?" Pops asks. "And what's to say that, if we give them the money, they won't ask for more in the coming years?"

True. Pops is right. There is nothing stopping them from coming back over and over with this s.h.i.t hanging over our heads.

"Why don't we just go to the source? Go to Ralphie. Tell him how they are f.u.c.king his s.h.i.t up and work with him. Let him handle these a.s.sholes," Cruz throws in.

That s.h.i.t could actually work.

"We need to find out if, their numbers got f.u.c.ked up, when we took out Santos and Frank, or did they keep it business as usual?" I tell them, looking at Buzz.

"I'm almost through the last of the codes for the computer." He's been working relentlessly to break codes to get access into a computer that we believe will tell us who in the h.e.l.l has been f.u.c.king with us this entire time.

"Take a break and get this s.h.i.t together. I'll call Ralphie and set up a meeting. We'll all go, but it has to be soon," Pops says as he stands. "All in agreement?"

All hands rise as the gavel gets slammed down. Buzz is the first to break off as others follow.

"What's the verdict with Ralphie?" I ask GT, Tug, Dagger, Becs, and Pops, the only ones left in the room.

"Toss up. He's a b.a.s.t.a.r.d, so no matter what, he's not going to make it easy. As soon as Buzz has information, I'm calling," Pops answers dismissing us.

I rub my face with my hand. f.u.c.king h.e.l.l. Walking out of church, I head to the panic room. I need to take care of Sandra and shut her up once and for all, so I can get back to Tanner.

I LIE NEXT to my mom on the bed, replaying what I just witnessed in my head over and over again. If Rhys didn't think twice to put his hands on that woman, would he do that to me? After what happened with my mother, I can't deal with a guy like that. While I may feel safe and protected in his arms, the fact that those hands could hurt me at any time is like a knife to the gut. He has scared me from the moment I met him, with the tattoos lining his body and the stare that could kill something by just a single look. It's definitely not something I want in my life.

What life? Dagger and Rhys say we have to stay here, but s.h.i.t. How much longer? Mom seems to be getting better, so we need to just cut our ties and leave, get away from this place. Listen to me. I sound just like my mother. Running. Since when did I turn into that woman? I'm not. I've always faced things head on and figured out ways to make things work.

I'm sure Rhys has an explanation. Right?

A slight tap comes to the door as it opens. "Hey, can I come in?" Princess asks, carrying a little boy.

"Sure." I sit up as my mother stirs.

"Who's this?" my mother asks.

"This is Cooper. Mine and Cruz's little guy." Princess's face lights up like a football stadium when talking about the little boy. He's unbelievably cute and definitely resembles Cruz.

"Hi, there," I say, standing from the bed.

"Hi. I Cooper," he says, wiggling down from his mother.

"I'm Tanner, and this is my mom, Mearna," I tell him, and my mom smiles.

"Mearna ..." He puts his finger on his chin like he's pondering something. "Like Brave!" he yells and looks at Princess.

"Merida is Brave, but close." I have absolutely no idea what in the world they are talking about. As Princess looks up at me, she smiles. "It's a Disney movie. He's watched it about a million times."

"Okay." I haven't seen one of those since I was kid. I couldn't even tell you the last one.

"I go pay?" Cooper says, looking up at his mom.

"Yep. Daddy's in church. Stay away from the doors," she orders. Cooper doesn't waste another second, darting off down the hallway. "He's a handful, but I wouldn't have it any other way."

"Cute kid."

She enters the room and comes to the bed. "So, how are ya feeling?" she asks my mother.

"Pretty good. As long as I don't move certain ways, I'm good."

"So, pretty much when you're still?" Princess chuckles.

"Not exactly, but something like that."

"It'll take a while to heal." Princess looks at me. "And you?"

"I'm good." I want to talk to her, but I really don't want to do it with my mother sitting right here.

"I have something that I want you to see. Will you come with me?" Princess asks, and elation fills me. Is she a mind reader or something?

"Yep, I'll be right back, Mom." I kiss my mother's cheek then follow Princess out of the room and down the hall. She opens a door, and we step inside.

"This is mine and Cruz's."

I nod as she shuts the door. The bed is perfectly made, something that doesn't happen in Dagger's room unless I do it, but my mother is usually lying on it. I can't complain. At least all the sheets and blankets are clean.

"Have a seat."

I take a seat on the bed, one leg bent at the knee and the other leg hanging off the bed.

Princess seems so happy in her own skin. She just exudes confidence, and I admire that.

"What's on your mind? And don't tell me nothing, because I know something's there." She sits, a mirror image to me with her hands on her legs, looking at me expectantly.

"Rhys scares me."

She laughs, full-out, no-holds-barred laughs. "Girl, he scares everyone."

"No, I know like that, but he scares me." I suck in a breath. "Having s.e.x with him is like no other. He does things to me that I've never experienced."

"So he f.u.c.ks you right. Good for him. What's the problem?"

I sigh. "The problem is I can't distinguish between my heart and just s.e.x. I'm not the type of girl who does that. And then ..." I trail off.

"Then what?" she presses.

"I saw him push a woman on her a.s.s in the main room. Is he violent with women?" I twist my fingers, not wanting the answer, but needing it.

"You're talking about Sandra." She shakes her head. "I wanted to go out and beat her f.u.c.king a.s.s myself, but Cruz wouldn't let me." I stare at her with wide eyes. "That b.i.t.c.h f.u.c.ked this whole club, and the only reason no one touched her out there is because she's Rhys's s.h.i.t to clean up. He brought that b.i.t.c.h into Ravage, and he needs to get her out."

"Get her out?" I ask. G.o.d, I sound so pathetic.

"Sweetheart, I know you're new to this s.h.i.t, but you need to be a fast learner, especially if you want to be on Rhys's arm, and from the look on your face, you do. That's a whole other issue for another time. This right here-Sandra-she f.u.c.ked with the club; therefore, she is dealt with. Most of the time, that means she will disappear and never be heard from again." Princess quirks her brow, and I read between the lines. Holy s.h.i.t, they are going to kill her? "Now, to be in this club, that s.h.i.t needs to roll off you."

"But ..." Princess holds her hand up, and I stop.

"It's something that is learned over time. The best thing you can do is forget it. It doesn't exist. You are no part of it."

My mind whirls with everything she just said. They kill people. Is that what they did to Griff and Officer Miller? Did they just make them disappear?
