He was able to see the Lightning Corps that were making their way to cross the valley as well as the hundreds of bandits that surrounded the valley with crossbows, swords spears and other kinds of weapons in their hands.

When Shad was inside the carriage with the old man named Cao, He had released his spiritual force to scan the area which had allowed him to get a grasp of the enemies' strength. His spiritual force was very strong and was able to cover a huge amount of land.

Because none of the bandits knew how to hide their qi or their magic power. Shad was able to sense their individual's strength as well. Even though he was joking with the old man, he didn't forget his main purpose for coming here.

Half of the bandits were just regular fighters with no battle qi whatsoever, they might have learned some martial arts or swordsmans.h.i.+p but half of them couldn't use battle qi which will make things easier for the Lightning Corps.

If it wasn't for the fact that Shad's spiritual was able to cover a big chunk of the valley, he would have never found out that there were more people hiding one each side of the valley.

From inside the carriage, he was able to see at least four to five hundred of them but when he used his spiritual forces, their complete force had come to view.

The most interesting thing was that the ones that were hiding were all warriors and a handful of mages. They were the main force and Shad was very certain that they weren't bandits at all.

A 6th rank warrior or a 5th cla.s.s mage would be treated as an honored guest in any kingdoms within the Egul continent. Even the powerful n.o.bles family within the four empires would cherish them, no matter if it was their last stage and could no longer advance due to their level of innate talents. Especially the mage, being able to break through the 5th cla.s.s mage meant that he had at least a red level of innate talent.

On top of the mountain, Shad remained on his feet as he gazed at the group of bandits that surrounded the valley. At this moment, he had reverted back his true self. Suddenly, the ground started to tremble as if there was an earthquake. Hundreds of mountain tigers bandits descended from the surrounding hills and mountains like a flood bursting a dam.

They seemed to be endless and completely surrounded the Lightning Corps without leaving a single inch unoccupied. They became a great wall that suppressed the whole valley.

From the way they encircled the Lightning Corps, it was impossible for them to get out from their position unless they slaughtered their way out which was almost impossible as they were only a hundred of them while they were more than five hundred of them, not to mention the main force haven't even made their move yet.

After the mountain tigers bandits besieged the Lighting Corps, instead of panicking, they stood there like a huge mountain without making a single move. There was not even a hint of fear in their eyes.

Even though they surrounded the Lightning Corps, they still haven't attacked them yet.

Soon, a scary middle-aged man walked out from them. He had a huge scar on his face which made him look scarier. There was a pair of long swords in his hands.

" My name is Antony and I am the leader of the Moutain Tigers bandit. I requested an audience with 4th imperial prince his highness."

Antony was a 4th rank warrior and was also the leader of the mountain tigers bandit group.
