Chapter 975 – Void Kun1 Boat

The Extraordinary Saber Monarch left immediately after finis.h.i.+ng his speech. From his words, Qin Nan thoroughly understood why he was so fond of Tang Qingshan.

“Let’s take a look around the Heaven-Saber Sect.”

After settling his doubts, Qin Nan proceeded to the Saber Art Pavilion under the astonished gaze of the disciples along the way.

He spent most of the time exploring the various saber arts provided there.

He could not help but admit that since the Heaven-Saber Sect specialized in using sabers, it had collected a variety of saber arts, and many of them caused Qin Nan’s eyes to flicker.

The sky soon turned dark, and for some reason, it was in complete darkness, without a single star.

BANG!

At that instant, a shocking explosion could be heard coming from the direction of the core disciples palaces, such that even Qin Nan who was still in the Saber Art Pavilion was startled, and immediately took a glimpse with his left eye.

A thirty zhang long vessel covered in a powerful mystical glow was floating toward the dojo slowly, which felt like a giant Kun Peng.

The vessel was a Monarch Weapon itself!

“The Void Kun Boat, it’s Senior Sister Wen Wu’s Void Kun Boat!”

“It seems like Senior Sister Wen Wu is holding another gathering. Sigh, I’m really interested.”

“Hehe, have you heard, Senior Sister Wen Wu has invited Qin Nan to the gathering too.”

“Qin Nan? Do you think…”

“Humph, if Qin Nan dares to attend, he would surely be in great trouble!”

The disciples, and even elders and Peak Leaders of the Heaven-Saber Sect were intrigued.

Meanwhile, a firm voice could be heard coming from the vessel, “The gathering will be starting soon, I hope all geniuses who have received the invitation will board the Void Kun Boat. Those who did not receive an invitation, you are permitted to join us if you can break through the boat’s barrier!”

The voice belonged to Senior Sister Wen Wu.

“Very interesting, this Senior Sister Wen Wu is quite imperious, holding the gathering on a Monarch Weapon boat!” Qin Nan’s eyes flickered as he put the saber art manual in his hand aside and exited the Saber Art Pavilion.

At that instant, countless formidable auras were making their way to the Void Kun Boat from all directions.

They were the geniuses from different factions.

Of course, the geniuses of the Heaven-Saber Sect were invited too, including Cui Lixu.

The Heaven-Saber Sect suddenly became lively, as many disciples attempted to break through the barrier of the Void Kun Boat.

Qin Nan locked his gaze onto the boat and dashed toward it with a kick. He easily broke through the barrier and landed on its deck.

On the deck stood thirty wooden chairs and five wooden tables, filled with various delicacies, while twenty-three of the chairs were occupied.

As soon as Qin Nan arrived, the crowd immediately switched their gaze onto his figure and inspected him curiously, some with a disdainful face while others with a stern look.

Cui Lixu laughed hollowly in his heart when he saw that Qin Nan had completely ignored his presence.

He could not wait to see Qin Nan’s reaction when Senior Sister Wen Wu made her move.

“It’s almost time, let’s head over to the Starry Valley.” Senior Sister Wen Wu’s voice could be heard from one of the cabins.

The entire Void Kun Boat sped up and flew out of the Heaven-Saber Sect like a meteor, before it slowed down as it reached the Starry Valley.

The mysterious crystals lying in the soil of the Starry Valley emitted a gentle glow, which made the place as bright as day. The colorful flowers felt like fairies under the light.

As the Void Kun Boat slowly advanced forward, the crowd felt like they were in a galaxy of flowers.

“Such an incredible scenery.”

“I never thought the Starry Valley would look this awesome at night.”

“Nice one, Senior Sister Wen Wu, bringing us on a tour here as we discuss saber arts, how remarkable.”

The geniuses expressed their compliments.

Qin Nan nodded in agreement too. He had never heard of similar gatherings being held by the other factions; thus it was quite a fresh experience for him.

“It’s incredibly rare that we are able to gather here, so it would be great if we could introduce ourselves to each other, starting from Cui Lixu.” Senior Sister Wen Wu smilingly said, “By the way, I’ve prepared some tea and wine, so do enjoy yourselves.”

Following this, a few glamorous servants walked out from the cabin each holding a silver tray filled with cups of tea and wine with pleasant aromas.

Many geniuses were astounded. They could easily see how valuable the wine and tea were.

It did not really concern Qin Nan, who simply took a cup of wine and finished it.

“Everyone, I’m Cui Lixu, an inner disciple of the Heaven-Saber Sect. I’m looking forward to sharing my thoughts about saber arts with you.” Cui Lixu raised his cup while wearing a prideful grin.

“I’m Huang Taiwu, from the Heartless Sect…”

“I’m…”

The geniuses took turns to introduce themselves.

Qin Nan scanned the crowd, before his gaze landed on the last three cultivators.

The first one was an inner disciple from the Bodhi Temple, Chen Buhu, who was wearing a calm expression, with a shocking bodhi saber concealed in his body. The second one was from the Chaos Sect, named Peng Yu, with long fingers and quite an outstanding cultivation. The third genius was from the Fallen Demon Villa, Lin Ci, with a powerful aura. For some reason, his gaze toward Qin Nan was quite hostile.

“I’m Qin Nan, the Peak Leader of the Dragon Emperor Clan’s Human Peak.”

It was soon Qin Nan’s turn, who rose from his seat and calmly said.

“I’ve been looking forward to meeting Brother Qin in person. My master even scolded me to learn more from you!”

As soon as Qin Nan returned to his seat, many geniuses approached him to have a little chat.

After all, either Qin Nan’s cultivation or background totally outmatched most cultivators at the scene, thus they were more willing to befriend him instead.

Qin Nan calmly responded.

Cui Lixu cursed in his heart as he saw the cultivators gathering around Qin Nan.

Squeak.

At that instant, the cabin door was pushed open as a woman wearing crimson armor, carrying an ancient saber and a visible scar on her face walked out from it.

Her steady steps entirely revealed her extraordinary strength.

“Senior Sister Wen Wu!”

“Greetings, Senior Sister Wen Wu!”

Cui Lixu and the others immediately rose from their seats and brought their fists together.

Wen Wu nodded without showing any expression. She quickly scanned the crowd, and halted when she saw Qin Nan, “I believe I wouldn’t need to introduce myself. The gathering will be split into two parts. Firstly, we will compete with one another with our sabers. I believe every powerful saber artist should have a good saber, so we’ll be comparing sabers first!”
