Qin Nan wore a stern look as soon as he took a few steps forward.

Each of the structure’s east, south, west, and north stood a huge statue resembling a strange ancient tree that was carved with ice. The statue was around seven zhang tall, and its leaves and branches spread further into all directions.

At the center of the structure were eight human statues carved with some kind of black jade. The statues stood silently. They had the same action, but their expressions were completely different.

The sight alone was not enough to stir such a great reaction from Qin Nan. However, the ice statues of the ancient trees and the jade human statues were clearly made of the Frost Souls and the Six Unity Immortal Jades!

On top of it, Qin Nan could clearly sense that even though the combined will of the ancient tree statues and the human statues was not comparable to ten thousand Frost Souls and Six Unity Immortal Jades, but the dept of it significantly surpa.s.sed the latter, as if they were just some low-quality mystical stones or a bunch of G.o.dly stones.

“What are these things for? Are these artificial? Or natural?”

The noon on the second day, Qin Nan and his crew had visited the other two locations marked on Meng Jiugong’s map. One of them was already empty as someone had taken the loots, while the other had around three hundred Frost Souls and Six Unity Immortal Jades.

Qin Nan and the others discussed upon themselves. The Eight Brilliance Demon Emperor and the others decided to stay behind while Qin Nan made his way to the two ancient cities alone to look for Immortal Emperor Gulin.

After all, many of the factions would leave a number of cultivators outside. It was easier for them to be spotted if they all went, thus placing them in danger.

The woman frowned slightly, but she quickly let out a sigh after seeing the young man’s reaction. She said, “I’ll make them pay when I find them.”

Lu Zhaoming blurted out in joy, “Thank you, sister, I know you love me the most!”

A few other Heaven Immortals beside the woman shrugged upon seeing this.
