Lara entered Gray's room to clean it up and organise the bed as she had made it her job to do the chores around the house. He was outside training and had already given her permission.

Upon entering, she was instantly greeted by a strange scent which resembled cleaning products. The room was a mess, the bed's mattress was untidy and seemingly stained by a strange fluid.

"T-Those sounds I was hearing all night..."

Her cheeks grew pinker as she stuck the pieces of the puzzle together.

"W-Well they're at that age... S-Still... A-All night... W-Wait... Did they use protection? It's the apocalypse... What if they didn't have any?"

- 5 Minutes later.

Violet woke up with her hair dishevelled and dark circles beneath her eyes. Beside her was Aurora who was still fast asleep. As she tried getting up, she was surprised to suddenly fall and land back on the sheets on her back.

Her legs and body were sore all over and she could faintly recall why. When she did, her cheeks flushed red before she hastily shook her head.

'All night... How many times did we...?'

She looked down at her belly and life could be seen leaving her eyes in fear as she realised something.

'What if I get pregnant? I don't want any kids until I'm at least in my late twenties. Especially in the apocalypse...'.

"W-Well... I took a shower after everything... Things will be fine... Right...?" She asked, nervously.

*Atchoo*

Gray sneezed suddenly sneezed during his run.

"It's quite cold today... It's Christmas soon, isn't it?" He asked before looking down at the small gift box on his hand, the mystery box. "I've been wanting to open it, but with how shit my luck is, I'm too afraid to." He sighed whilst he placed it back in his pouch.

[Do you wish to use the mystery box?]

'No.'

Mostly everyone was fast asleep around this time. His sister especially was still asleep as she had been completely exhausted from the Labyrinth. Ruby's healing had given her a temporary stamina boost, but that ran out before bed.

Since there was nothing else to do, Gray was completing his daily training.

Just as Gray finished his lap around the mansion, the notification rang inside of his head. Had had done so to clear the perimeter of any zombies he could find.

After doing so, he stopped to take a breather, unlike usual, his shirt wasn't drenched in sweat and he was doing completely fine. His stamina had truly leaped

Seeing his new stats would always put a smile on his face. There was less than half an hour until the evolution was completed and settled in.

After inspecting it, he looked down at the book on his arms. [Chronicles Of The Chronos]. He was interrupted yesterday and so wasn't given the opportunity to read it, but today would be the day.

Truthfully, he wanted to do anything that would take his mind off what happened yesterday. He couldn't stop facepalming himself after realising that he had done it five times inside with protection and another four outside.

"First Aurora now Violet... System.. What are the chances of getting someone pregnant without protection?"

'There's no way the system would know but worth a try.'

[For a human, If no contraception was used and a girl is ovulating or within the ovulating period, chances are high, around 30 Percent.]

[As a whole, the Chronos race contains less reproductive capabilities in its cells than humans. For the possessor in this case, it would be much lower. Hence why the Chronos population grew at such a slow rate.]

Gray was surprised to know that the system knew all of this. To be fair, it had analysed and recognised his DNA.

"Is that so..." Gray muttered as he let out a sigh of relief.

'I should start asking the system more questions from now on... Wait, didn't I do with Aurora without protection once before I evolved? Doesn't that-'

"What do you look so relieved for, Gray?" Ruby suddenly called out to Gray, Interrupting his thoughts.

He felt a chill go down his spine before suddenly turning to her. "You're still here?" He asked surprised.

"What do you look so surprised for? Didn't I tell you, until you help me, I'm sticking to you." She said

Gray let out another sigh.

"Where did you sleep?"

She pointed towards one of the windows before crossing her arms. "Can't you look any less bothered?" She asked, leaning in towards him with an annoyed frown.

"Annoyed? Me? Don't be silly, I'm honored to be at your service, princess." He replied as he also leaned in.

Her expression grew lighter and more joyful as she asked, "Really?" and transitioned into a more prideful one as she began talking to herself. "W-Well I am a princess... So, I can see... why... Heheh..."

"I was being sarcastic." He added before suddenly sitting down on the ground and inspecting the book ahead of him.

Upon hearing his words, her cheeks grew red from embarrassment before she suddenly looked away and humphed. "You really are rude..."

"Thanks, I appreciate it." He remarked before opening the book.

His heart was pounding from the expectations. This book [The Chronicles Of Chronos] might have been the key to everything he needed to know.

But as the pages were displayed, his expression was quickly shifted into one of puzzlement and confusion. Ruby too peaked to see what he was doing but also seemed lost.

Gray turned the book upside down and scrolled through all the old pages which were slightly torn around the edges. Despite that, it didn't change anything.

The pages were all blank.

"Huh...?"

His surprise was short lived however, as the hairs on his neck stood on end. The sky turned dark as a blue wave of energy suddenly burst out from the sky.

Turning to the source, he saw that it was coming from one of the fleets. The same fleet which the red orb had come from.

"Can't you give me a fucking break already...? What is that?!" Gray asked as he suddenly stood up.

A storm began to brew as raindrops began falling from the clouds. A large blue cube could be seen manifested on top of one of the fleets.

"That's... My dad's... The King's Dimension cube...! Why is he using it now...?" Exclaimed Ruby.

"A what..?"
