Wiping the blood on the corner of her lips, Ye Jiao hurriedly turned around and started running. With the poison, Chen Tian wouldn't be able to recover his strength quickly. In addition, she had wounded his core a bit, preventing him from chasing after her anymore.

Ye Jiao's eyes widened as she looked at the direction of the advisor. The man was pus.h.i.+ng out a large amount of Eon Energy and formed numerous water blades with his hand. Each of the water blades looked as if it was capable to cut off metals as if it was cutting fruits.

The man's skill was good as there was still quite a distance between her and him. She quickly dashed to a different direction and pushed her Eon Energy. At the same time, she activated her movements technique, conveniently brought her far away in split second.

The Advisor's eyes narrowed when he saw Ye Jiao went away so quickly. He knew that he wouldn't be able to catch up to that young girl. Gritting his teeth, he entered the hall and noticed the awful control of the water immediately.

"Release all the water, Chen Tian!"

Waves of water flooded the area the moment Chen Tian no longer held them in their place. He looked at the advisor with an aggravated expression. He knew that the renovation of the palace would take so much money. 

At the same time, there might be a lot of soldiers that he prized got swept with the water current.

"Can't you hold them back?"

"The palace is on fire, it'll help a bit," The advisor replied calmly. "On the other hand, do you really think that controlling the water like that is the only way to fight?"

Chen Tian's eyes widened. "Are you telling me that I can never recover?"

"I don't know, if there's just a little bit of poison, you might be able to recover. But if there is a large amount…," the advisor's tone was grave.
