Jiang Chen read aloud the name of the sect before slowly walking up to the gate.

"Who is this! Identify yourself!"

A guard blocked Jiang Chen's path and held his spear in front of him.

"Good Morning, I was sent by the sect master of the Divine Sect to this branch sect."

"Why would the main branch's sect master send a weak-looking person like you?"

The guard still had his spear on Jiang Chen and had a really arrogant look on his face.

"My sect master has contacted your sect master already, I believe. All you need to do is call him and you will know that I am not telling a lie."

"What if I told you that I was the sect master? Would you believe me?"

A cold energy loomed over Jiang Chen and the guard.

"Can you repeat what you just said?"

A woman in the mid-30s was standing right behind the guard, seeming as if she was trying to kill him with her glare.

The guard knelled down and kowtowed until his forehead was bleeding but the woman was not satisfied.

"From now on, you are not a Sky Divine Sect disciple anymore."

She charged her kick and sent the disciple all the way to the next street. Then, she turned around and faced Jiang Chen.

"Why, you must be the new disciple that I received news of. Come on in"

Jiang Chen felt his blood grow cold as the woman smiled coldly at him. She pulled him into the sect right after that.

"Now, you will need a new set of clothing for the Sky Divine Sect. Also, your house number will be 121. I hope that you will live up to what the main sect master said about you."

"Thank you, sect master."

Jiang Chen didn't dare to be rude in front of someone who can make the system send out the alert multiple times. Even the platform only made the system send out the alert once. Jiang Chen slowly closed the door and let out a breath of relief. He picked up his new robe and went to find his house. Jiang Chen opened the door and what he saw surprised him.

"Yo, so you're the one joining us?"

"h.e.l.lo!"

"?????"

Three different people were inside the house that was supposed to be his house. Jiang Chen double checked the number of the house to make sure that it was correct. The first person was really familiar to him but he couldn't put a finger on it until the person said his name...

"Hi, we are gonna love in the same house for the rest of the time we are going to be in the sect, so we might as well get to know each other. Name's Gu Ming."

Electric exploded through Jiang Chen's mind as he quickly thought about what is happening.

"What did he just say? Gu Ming? Does that mean that he is an alternate universe of him back on Earth? Should I befriend him like what we did on Earth?"

Jiang Chen quickly didn't try to forget of all of the questions that he had in his mind and composed himself.

"My name is Jiang Chen."

A second person came from behind Gu Ming and shouted.

"My name is Li Sung! Nice to meet you!"

"Same."

Jiang Chen looked over to the third "guy" in the room. The "guy" seemed to have female traits that can compete against actual women and still win.

"h.e.l.lo,"

Gu Ming seemed apologetic and whispered to Jiang Chen

"That's Kong Mu. He's just shy around strangers."

"Who said that I'm shy!"

Kong Mu rushed at Gu Ming and was tripped by him. Kong Mu sat up and started to bawl his eyes out.

"This is what happens when we tried to fight for the first time. He just sat there for like 2 to 3 hours crying. He'll stop eventually though."

Jiang Chen was dumbfounded by what just happened and quickly went in to pick out his room

"What cultivation are you at, Jiang Chen?"

Gu Ming came up to him and suddenly asked.

"I'm at Body-Tempering Stage 3."

"Haha, I'm still going to be the boss of this household! I'm Body-Tempering Stage 4. Li Sung is Stage 3 and Kong Mu is at Stage 2."

Jiang Chen asked in a dumbfounded manner.

"What does the boss of the household's benefits?"

"Oh, he just gets to boss around people all day long and gets first dibs on stuff."

Gu Ming answered with a wide and evil grin on his face.

"Now that I answered your question, Jiang Chen. We have a tradition in this household where the newcomer has to do all of the ch.o.r.es for a week."

Jiang Chen suddenly had a sinking feeling in his stomach. Doing ch.o.r.es for 3 other boys was bad and for a week was h.e.l.l to Jiang Chen. He had the urge to run away and start living in the woods. There was a sudden knock on the door and the room grew quiet.

"I'll get the door."

Li Sung got up and went to the door. When he opened it, a beautiful woman was waiting.

"I'm looking for Jiang Chen. I have news to tell him."

Gu Ming suddenly was dumbfounded and started to shake Jiang Chen.

"Brother Chen, you have a beautiful woman waiting for you and you didn't tell me!?!?"

The woman looked at Gu Ming and exerted the same icy domain that Jiang Chen was really familiar with.

"The woman that you are talking about is the headmaster of the Sky Divine Sect!"
