91 "Help Me Defeat Him..."

"Haven't you already defeated him, you took away everything from him? What else do you wanna do?" He said and she started walking again.

"No, I haven't." She said and slammed her hands on his chair. He flinched at her sudden action.

"He's still as arrogant as before. I want him to feel like he's alone, I wanna see his expressions when everyone leaves his side and stands against him. I wanna see him suffering the same pain as I did all my life." She said with a deadly expression. He was afraid of her now.

"Are you still the same girl as before...?" He asked suddenly and she laughed at his question.

"You're not as stupid as Noah after all, and you know me better than he does." She said. " So you tell me, What do you think?" She asked and had that dark expression again.

"What have you turned into?" He asked and his voice s.h.i.+vering.

"This is what you guys did to me." She said, staring into his eyes and he could see that pain in her eyes.

"I'm sorry..." He said and got tears in his eyes. This was exactly what he was most afraid of that she'll turn into someone even she doesn't know, she'll become distant because of the pain she was getting, what hurt him the most was that it happened because of him. He was already regretting all his decisions and seeing her like this was the worst punishment.

"Why're you crying now?" She asked and sounded as if she didn't know why and turned away from him.

"I'm sorry..." He kept repeating with his head lowered for he didn't dare to face her anymore.

"Will it make anything better?" She asked coldly.

"No..." He shook his head. "but I don't know what to do to make this regret go away..." He said helplessly.

"If I could go back in time, I swear, I would have never left you." He wished and she came closer to him after hearing this.

"Oh, baby..." She said as she lifted his head with her hand.

"Unfortunately, there's no if in this world." She said and grabbed his neck. He had difficulty breathing but smiled for it was what he deserved. She couldn't bear to see his smile and let go at once. He coughed loudly and she just stared at him. He slowly looked up at her.

"You can't die so easily..." She said as she stepped back.

"Just do whatever you want." He said with a smile as he already saw all this coming.

"You regret all this right, so help me." She said and he just stared at her.

"I'll do whatever you want." He said with a smile, he finally had something that would reduce his regret a little bit.

"You gotta help me... destroy Sam completely." She said her eyes piercing straight through him.

"What do you want me to do?" He asked calmly.

"Turn everyone against him, he should be the only one standing on the edge without even realizing it." She explained to him.

"Okay, I'll do as you say." He said and agreed.

"You'd better not get anyone suspicious." She warned him and he nodded.

"I ensure you about that." He said and was kinda satisfied as he could finally help her somehow.

"And now for you're punishment." She said suddenly and he was shocked for he thought everything was already settled.

"What? You thought I'll let you off so easily, no baby." She said and grabbed his neck again.

"You gotta pay for all the pain that you gave me." She said and her expressions and tone suddenly changed.

"Well, now that you are on my side, I won't hurt you much so no physical pain." She said and let go of her grip around his neck. She started walking around him slowly.

"Hmm... the best torture is helplessness- when you can't do anything even if you try, you can't reach the end no matter how hard you try to. You know the truth but not all of it and there's no way to find the rest of it." She said and suddenly placed her hands on his shoulders.

"So, I'm gonna tell you about the thing you longed for your whole life, the truth." She said and he looked at him. He had hope in his eyes for it was the thing he wanted to know most of his life. But Sam never answered his questions.

"It's the thing you wanted the most but could never reach it. Let me help you today." She said and looked into his eyes and then stepped back again. He wanted to know about his life more but was afraid if he could accept the truth or not.

"You complete a task and you'll know one truth. Let's play it cool, I'll tell you the first one without any task.." She said and he was kinda confused now.

"But once it starts there's no turning back." She warned him.

"Do you agree?" She asked him. He thought for a second and then nodded in response, agreeing to her terms.

"Let's begin then..." She said and he gulped down slowly for he was nervous about what was coming at him.

"You had a brother right?" She asked him suddenly. He was shocked and confused.

"Yeah, but he died at a very young age..." He said for that was what he was told.

"Well, guess what?" She said and walked behind him.

"He's alive..." She whispered in his ear.

Her words crumbled his world, he was shocked but didn't knew how to react to it. It was as if his whole life turned out to be a lie. Before he could react properly the lights went off. He was confused and when they were on-again, he could finally see everything. He looked around and she was gone, there was a knife lying on the floor. He shouted in anger for this was torture, she told him the truth but not all of it and this mystery was killing him for there was nothing he could do instead of following her orders to know the whole truth...
