After eating, Chen Mu drove her close to the West dock so that she wouldn't have to walk too far to get to where they're meeting. With red alerts all over his mind, Chen Mu pretended to drive off, but remained a close distance to make sure Susu was safe.

When Karen saw Susu arrive, she sent a text to Tian Yuo, knowing that he was in his office. Estimating from his office to the dock would take around twenty minutes, there was more than enough time for her to do what she wanted to do. 'This would give me enough time. Heh.'

Karen lured Susu closer to the waters to prove that what she was about to disclose were all true. When they were around ten years old, Karen drowned in front of everyone. Since then, everyone thought that she was scared of water. n.o.body would have thought that a ten-year-old child would pretend to drown to avoid having to take swimming lessons. Till today, Susu also has the same impression of her being afraid of large bodies of water. When they reached near the end of the dock, Karen started initiating the conversation.

"Since then, I've had the thought of taking every single thing away from you, especially precious ones. The money that daddy raged about going missing. It was me who framed you up. I wanted to prove to you that anyone can destroy relations.h.i.+ps with just a few words and cries. Of course, when daddy slapped you, I joyfully cheered inside my heart. I couldn't believe how easy it was to get you kicked out of the house!"

"So that was all your doing....you vicious wench." Susu's hand formed two tight fists that her knuckles showed up.

"Not only that. s.n.a.t.c.hing Tian Yuo from you and destroying your world. Everything went so smoothly that I wanted to give myself a round of applause. I even patted my shoulders after seeing how successful the incident ended up. Didn't you want to know about that night? Susu glared at her scornfully, "Did you think that doing all this would make you happy? If you think that way, then you're the most stupid person in this entire universe. When you committed all these things, you did it out of desperation. You wished you could have everything that I have, and that's precisely why you tried to take them away from me."

She coughed lightly and cleared her throat, "But instead of taking anything away from me, you made me realize how many irrelevant things that I don't have to care for in my life. You wanted dad's attention? Go ahead, because I ended up finding what I wanted to do with my life, my career. You might think that you took Tian Yuo from me, but to be honest, he never belonged to me."

Karen worriedly screamed, "What do you mean?!!"

As soon as she said that, Karen ran towards Susu and pulled her arm. From Tian Yuo's angle, he didn't see Karen initiating the pull.
