Sun Xi Zhao looked at her surprised that she understood what he meant and eagerly nodded his head.

"Well, I thank you for asking, but I am not into pain or being dominated. So, I am going to pa.s.s, plus I couldn't sit to the side and know that you're going to these clubs to slack your l.u.s.t and domination needs."

Sun Xi Zhao was crestfallen he really liked Modesty, he wanted her to be the one.

"I understand, I am glad I said something before our feelings went any further."

Modesty smiled.

"So, I have a question for you."

Sun Xi Zhao paused with his chopsticks halfway to his mouth.

"Does this mean we can't be friends and have to stop hanging out with each other?"

Sun Xi Zhao suddenly smiled.

"You still want to be friends with me?"

Modesty grinned

"Yes, of course. Just because you have s.e.xual proclivities that I don't, doesn't mean we can't be friends."

Sun Xi Zhao smiled again eagerly nodding his head.

"Yes, of course. Most women who I tell this to they don't even want to talk to me again."

Modesty shook her head.

"That's because they aren't open-minded and they want your money. I already have money so I just want to be your friend."

Sun Xi Zhao was shocked at what she said and then let out a bark of laughter. He was the happiest he had ever been for being turned down.
