27 This Store Doesn't Cater To Foreigners

"Chairman Su, what has this woman done?"

Modesty pushed Su Jin Wei's hand down.

"What he means is that he's upset at the fact that this store doesn't cater to foreigners such as myself."

The director frowned again fixing her already perfect hair.

"What? All of our stores cater to everyone."

Modesty shook her head.

"JinJin let's go to another mall. I don't want to be in a place that is prejudiced against me. I deal with that enough back home."

Su Jin Wei's face softened when he heard the childhood nickname Modesty gave him when they were young.

"No, Chairman and Vice President, don't go. We have plenty of other stores that I know you will like. I will deal with this one as swiftly as possible. I will have someone escort her to human resources right away you can be a.s.sured of that. I am here personally to take you on a tour of some of the better stores."

The director turned to her a.s.sistant and whispered in her ear. The a.s.sistant immediately took the sobbing clerk away.

"Now follow me, I'm sure you would love the store Serenity."

The director ushered them out chatting away with Modesty. Su Jin Wei hung back a little and pulled out his phone. His a.s.sistant picked up on the first ring, and before he could say h.e.l.lo. Su Jin Wei was barking orders.

"Find out who owns the store Victory."

Su Jin Wei hung up without saying another word. a.s.sistant Zhang was staring at the phone wondering who offended his boss.
