“…yes! There are empty beds! Come with me!” The old lady answered with excitedly. Her walking stick provided a crutch for her as she walked in staggers and led Xu Lan to her house, which was not far from there. She would occasionally point the flashlight to the dark sky above.

Xu Lan looked at the old lady’s baffling actions with suspicion. Within moments, two more flashlights shone from up ahead and the people who shone the light appeared before them. The flashlights belonged to two tall men. They bowed respectfully to the old lady and listened to her explanation. Then, they lifted their heads and cast an angry look at Xu Lan.

“Haha, let’s not be hasty. We came here on holiday.”

The two men looked at Xu Lan from top to bottom in disgust, then did the same to Bai Wu. The old lady scoffed and with a look of despise, she continued to lead the journey.
