"O'Sullivan? You mean son of the late Alexander O'Sullivan??" Zavier's sudden squeal voice shocked both Casey and Noah.

"AAAA... uh ... You know my late father?" It was a silly question but better appeared dumb than showing off.

"No wonder! You're just the replica of your late father. At first, I thought you're among the seven people who share the same face. Never expect that you're truly his son."

"The founder of Alexander of West?" Casey interrupted. Her eyes widened as she recalled that familiar name.

"Was he famous in the past?" Noah stayed humble since he needed to maintain his character.

"Haiyaa... Not only in the past. His legacy lasts forever. What makes you return to this city? I heard that now the company is managed by one of your uncles. Are you going to take over the business?"

"I plan to do something else."

"Opening your own company?"

"Hehe... Business isn't my cup of tea. I studied Political Science so something related in this field."

"Woah... so you come back for the upcoming election campaign? Did you join any party?"

"Yes and no. I want to get familiar with the politics here first since I haven't come back for so long."

"That's a good plan. Oh by the way, who are you visiting at the hospital? Any O'Sullivan family member fall sick?"

"It's my friend. Her head got injured badly. We're supposed to meet up last few days but she didn't show up. I got so worried when I read about her news in the newspaper. Hopefully, she's fine now." Throwing the first bait, Noah purposely mentioned the media coverage on Mia's injury. After all, he did speak the truth.

"Your friend... are you talking about Mia Wilson? The ex-wife of Damien O'Ryan? You're friend with her?" Zavier was shocked for the second time today. He didn't expect these two persons knew each other and their relations.h.i.+p seemed quite close considering that Noah sounded genuinely worried.

Noah just nodded his head slightly. He must maintain his sincere appearance to make sure his target bite the bait.

"Oh! I don't believe that luck is really on my side today. Not only I get to meet the son from one of the prominent families in this city but we happen to visit the same person. I hope that later you can help us to put good words about us to Ms Wilson. Please persuade to meet us."

"Huh?"

"Ever since the media broke into her ward and took her picture, she has been refused to see anyone. So we need your help to arrange a meeting between us. Our purpose is to help her getting justice if what the public speculated is true." Casey further explained their pure intention of making this visit today.

"Uh... about that, I'll try my best considering that you guys have helped to send me to the hospital. Mia is a shy person. She didn't like to be put under the limelight. That was why she didn't appear alongside Damien in the public in the past."

--- General Hospital of North West land ---

Today was one of the worst days for Mia. She didn't expect that her ward would be raided this morning by the reporters. She didn't how they got to know about her injury and made up a story about this. Surely, the O'Ryan family was going to go after her because of this speculation. They broke up on a good term and now things messed up.

Mia really didn't want to make an enemy with the O'Ryan family, knowing how powerful that family. That was why she easily agreed with the divorce. For the past three years, she had been living like a robot, following everything that the O'Ryan wanted and when she finally got back her freedom, the O'Ryan gonna chased her down. What a great life! Urgh...

"You've become a celebrity now. There are even guards guarding the door. This morning was the most hectic moment ever happened in this hospital." Nurse Lilian, the evening nurse that was a.s.signed to check on her progress chattily spoke to her, trying to cheer her up.

Mia had two nurses that alternately looked after her. One was Nurse Lilian and another one named Finley. Between these two, Mia was most comfortable with Nurse Lilian. She often had small talks with Lilian and even these days, Lilian would always entertain her with interesting stories. Last time, they talked about the ma.s.sacre that took place in South West Land.

"Urghh... I don't how celebrities stand being crowded by so many people. Today is really a bad day. What's happening now is worse than my injury." Mia replied honestly. Clearly, she looked so annoyed. Her head was just about getting better but now, the throbbing pain came back.

"It's okay. Soon, they will give up. I believe the O'Ryan also would do something about this. You're really surprised me you know. I thought we're so close to each other but you didn't even tell me that you're the ex-wife of Mayor O'Ryan's son."

"It's not that I don't want to tell you but to me, I'm forever Mia Wilson. The name O'Ryan didn't fancy me at all and surely the O'Ryan will do something about this. I guess they're on the way sending their lawyer to sue me."

"Haiyaa... things will get better. I'm sure if you tell them the truth, they will let you off."

How she wished that thing as easy as that. Even most of her dreams were nightmares. How come the reality would be better than those.

"Nevermind. I'll accompany you tonight since Aunt Su can't make it today. If she comes, she gonna be hara.s.sed by those reporters. Better she stays at home and I'll take care of you on her behalf. Smile a bit. Sun will always come out after the heavy rain." Seeing the sad face of Mia, Lilian could only offer her comfort through her words.
