Threat

Wen Keer was the only one in the dormitory.

She sat in front of the desk. She held the mirror and looked at her red and swollen face.

She helplessly sighed.

She only hoped that time would pa.s.s quickly, that she could graduate and become stronger.

s.h.i.+ Qian found Wen Keers room accurately and knocked on the door.

Wen Keer put down the mirror and quickly went to open the door when she heard someone knock. She thought it was her roommate who had forgotten her keys again.

Really? That five-finger mark accidentally fell into someone elses face? s.h.i.+ Qian was a little angry.

However, she was not angry at Wen Keer. She just felt that this matter had something to do with her.

Its Wen Yiran, right? she asked after a pause.

Her tone was indisputable.

She knew about the relations.h.i.+p between Wen Keer and Wen Yiran.

Wen Keer wanted to say something but stopped.

s.h.i.+ Qian turned around to leave.

Qian Qian, dont go! Wen Keer immediately grabbed her hand.

Wen Keer tugged at her. Qian Qian, dont go. Its just a slap. Its okay. The Wen family isnt considered a wealthy family. But my older uncle holds a certain power. Dont provoke them.

s.h.i.+ Qian checked Wen Yirans phone number. She deleted all the records after she noted and left the internet cafe.

In a cafe near the school.

s.h.i.+ Qian sat in a quiet corner while she drank coffee.

Wen Yiran appeared in front of her with a highly embarra.s.sed expression.

s.h.i.+ Qian took another sip of her coffee. She slowly said, Sit down and talk. I dont like to look up at people.

She suppressed the anger in her heart and sat down opposite s.h.i.+ Qian.

s.h.i.+ Qian put down her coffee and said lazily, Theres no use staring at me. I dont want to see you either.
