The general rule is that the King's children rule the munic.i.p.alities.
With the exception of 1 munic.i.p.ality, the children of the previous King and the children of the current King are the munic.i.p.alities' Lords.
The people who rule the fiefs are n.o.bility.
There are about 220 Lords of the fiefs, with 30 fiefs not having Lords.
Since the number of munic.i.p.alities is fixed, if there are no vacant positions, then it is impossible to rule a munic.i.p.ality even if one is the King's child.
