"Stop playing around!" Invayne shouted at them. "Finish them already. We have another enemy to take care of!"

"Easy for you to say," Cang Lu spat. "Why don't you ditch out some spells and target that kid!"

"My mana is reserved for supporting you, you idiot!" Invayne snapped back.

"You're not even a healer," Cang Lu reasoned. "You're a Black Mage without a sub cla.s.s!"

Invayne's face turned red with anger. "Shut up!" She had never been a professional player and was only following Scar's path.

She had hoped to become a Necromancer eventually, but those rare cla.s.ses were even harder to obtain than they had imagined. She remained without a subcla.s.s even now.

To make matters worse, her map awareness and aim were poor, which led to her being a.s.signed to support roles as a buffer and healer instead.

As the fight raged on, Cang Lu and Robert found themselves on the losing end of the fight against the formidable Maid and Ogre, with Lira adding to their troubles with her relentless attacks.

"I know that you're just stalling for time," Scar guessed.

"It won't work," Scar said, and a force field appeared out of nowhere.

Joker whistled and couldn't help but express his awe. "Whoa. So this is what little Lily encountered? I suddenly feel sorry for her."

Angelica couldn't hide her fascination as she observed the magnificent creature. A smile tugged at the corners of her lips. "It's even more breathtaking up close . . . I want it."

Scar remained unfazed by the appearance of this boss-level creature. Instead, he directed his attention to Invayne and issued a command. "Do it now."

Invayne, who was busy dealing with Roz and Lira, was momentarily captivated by the awe-inspiring presence of Pii.

However, she snapped back to reality at Scar's words, and she immediately unleashed the power of another [Nexus Prism] held in her hand.

In the Blink of an eye, Pii, who had dominated the field, vanished into thin air and was trapped in another dimension.
