The a.s.sistant acknowledged Deputy Chairman Qin before leaving the conference room.

Deputy Chairman Qin turned and wanted to sit down, but his phone rang in his pocket.

The office was the second last room at the end of the corridor and the door was closed. When Qin Zheng swiped his security pa.s.s to access it, he paused and thought about his conversation with Huo Yao.

She had mentioned that she was already waiting in his office.

Qin Zheng narrowed his eyes and tapped his pa.s.s on the door.

When the door opened, he walked into the office.

The moment he entered the office, he could see a slim silhouette standing in the room, in front of the French windows with her back facing the door. She was dressed in a black coat and gave off a particularly cool aura.

Qin Zheng looked at her from behind and asked in a deep voice. How did you get in?

Half a minute later, Huo Yao turned nonchalantly. Qin Zheng promptly saw her cool gorgeous face.
