228 A Matter Of Perspective 2

As if under a spell for retribution, perhaps she changed her mind, as she stood up and lounged herself onto the reclining husband. She knelt on one knee on the s.p.a.ce on the bed that was situated in between Chen Linyun's legs, and the other knee she placed on the bed beside the husband's left thigh. Then she pounced forward.

Chen Linyun's heart went berserk. In front of him was the lioness.

He gulped nervously.

Xue Jinxu glowered intensely at him. "Are you looking down on me, husband?" She said rather seductively.

Chen Linyun threw his head farther back. "Jinxu." He called her to sanity, to rationality with a reprimanding tone. His mind was telling one thing, but his body was telling otherwise. He was so ready to devour her whole just like how she correspondingly wanted to devour him.

He grasped her wrists firmly with both hands. However, due to lack of support, he fell on his back on the bed. Xue Jinxu now had the upper hand. She smirked.

"Don't you want little buns, honey?" She teased.

"I certainly want one. No two or three or four." She added.

"We better start as early as we can."

"Not now, Jinxu." He tried to get up, only to get pinned down by the lady.

He gave out a nervous laugh. "You're not making it easy, Misis Chen."

He maneuvered, such that Xue Jinxu was thrown onto the bed, and he's now pinning her down. He inched closer.

"You're becoming unmanageable, wifey." He taunted. "You should learn your lesson."

The wife sensed danger. That was one of the extremely rare instances that Chen Linyun actually emitted such dark, dangerous aura. She swore she could have melted from his intense gaze of pa.s.sion.

"You keep on teasing me, wife."

Without tearing his gaze, he started with the ritual. Starting from her jawline. He kissed slowly, then stared on his prey, checking if she's still alright. He repeated the drill downward, on her neck, down down down her torso. Every time, he looked up at her lovely face. The lady's eyes were as wide as it could be.

Xue Jinxu clenched the bedsheet. "Stop."

Chen Linyun s.h.i.+fted up and propped a hand just beside the lady's head. He was sneering as if taunting the wife some more.

"Yes, wifey? What is it?"

She pushed him aside, her eyes still wide open. Panting heavily, she finally said, "Let's call it a night. You're right. I haven't fully recovered yet. Can't keep up."

Chen Linyun laughed. "Hahaha!" Then he laid on his back. "I was actually expecting that you say that. You're overestimating yourself!"

"You're overestimating yourself, too, mister." She said curtly, embarra.s.sed.

Chen Linyun understandingly pulled the wife into a hug, and onto a proper sleeping position where the pillows were. He kissed her forehead. "Don't push yourself. Don't get impatient. You're always impulsive, Jinxu. But I'm here to look after you, always."

"Let's just cuddle tonight, mhmm?" He stroked her head as if coaxing a child to sleep.

Xue Jinxu wrapped both arms around his waist as well. Her face was still flushed from the attempt, and from the embarra.s.sment as well. She buried her face on the nook of his neck. "Okay."

Perhaps the time isn't now, but it will certainly come for the making of the little buns, especially now that both partic.i.p.ants welcomed the idea wholeheartedly.
