She'd b.i.t.c.hed and moaned about being sabotaged and a whole slew of other things that didn't amount to a hill of beans but if it made her feel good to rant and rave I figured, let her have it.

This pregnancy hadn't been as easy as the first. With Junior she hardly had any morning sickness at all and she hadn't gained that much weight. With this one the sickness came on early and strong for both of us and she started gaining weight right off.

Of course we know now it's because she was carrying twins, which was another source of contention. How the f.u.c.k it was my fault that she was carrying two instead of one was beyond me, but that's all I've been hearing since we found out.

I was excited as f.u.c.k to be here doing this with her. In the last two years or so life had dealt me an easier hand than normal, at least where my family life was concerned. Holly was growing like a weed and I can't see where her ordeal a few years ago had had any lasting effects.

We tried our best to fill their little lives with as much love and security as possible, since we were both in a position to see the horrors that were inflicted on the young day in and day out.

Junior was a year old almost to the day and already he was showing signs of being like his dad while Holly was doing everything in her power to be a mini Lily. The two of them pretty much run s.h.i.t and I just show up and sit where I'm told.

As long as they're taken care of and not getting themselves into anything that would cause them harm, I pretty much leave them alone. But every once in a while I have to bark out orders and then my house becomes like an enemy camp.

Doesn't bother me one bit as long as they do what the f.u.c.k I say, we're all good. Deanna has not been heard from since a few days after I brought Holly home. She'd shown up with her tail between her legs, full of excuses like she thought all would be forgiven and I'd just sweep that s.h.i.t under the rug.

I pulled a fast one and had a judge whose grandson rode with us to get a restraining order against her a.s.s. I was willing to go to any lengths at that point to cut her out of my kid's life. She went away with not too much fanfare since there was really nothing she could do.

She'd put my kid's life in danger for some d.i.c.k basically, had exposed her to someone whom she'd been warned was a danger. Social services take away people's kids for less than that s.h.i.t. The school knew that she was not allowed anywhere near my kid and that she was to have nothing to do with her at all. Lily was the only woman other than my own mother who had any say in my kid's life these days.

It was f.u.c.ked that things had to happen this way but she brought that s.h.i.t upon herself. I would never have thought of depriving her of her child that just wasn't in me as much as I hated her a.s.s. But she forced my hand.

Now watching Lily push and scream to bring our new son and daughter into the world. And having watched her with the two we had at home, I truly understood the love and the bond between a mother and child. Much like the one I'd shared with my own mom when I was a kid and still did to this day.

Holly was never gonna have that with Deanna, to her she'd just been a means to an end. She was the thread that held us together, and with that thread gone there was no more need for any contact between us. Last I heard she was hooked up with some lawyer type, which was right up her alley. He had money and a name, which is something she's always been after. Hopefully she'd have better luck this go around than we'd had together.

I caught my daughter in my arms and grinned down at her scrunched up little face as she screamed b.l.o.o.d.y murder. I pa.s.sed her off to the nurse just in time to catch my son. When they were both cleaned up I took them to lay on their mother's chest.

"One of each, now we've got two and two. I think that's about enough." She looked them over checking to see that everything was as it should be.

"Nah I'm thinking an even dozen should be just about right." I'm pretty sure the nursing staff was appalled at the language that came out of my dainty wife's mouth. Didn't matter though, I was a man on a mission I liked this baby making s.h.i.t. And I had no doubt I could talk her into letting me plant another one in her. If that failed there were always ways to get around a stubborn a.s.s woman. But as much as she loved riding my d.i.c.k I didn't foresee any real problems.

To keep the peace for now and prevent them from having to throw us out of the joint I let her have her way. "Okay doc calm down we'll talk about it when we get home. She started to light into me again but all it took for me to calm her a.s.s down was to lean over the bed and whisper sweet nothings in her ear.

"If you be a good girl I'll f.u.c.k your a.s.s as soon as you're healed up enough. You'd like that won't you? You could sit on it and I'll suck on your t.i.ts; won't that be nice?" I guess her milk leaking through the hospital gown was answer enough, not to mention the moan she couldn't quite hold back.
