He's so moved with what Ingrid said and realized that Ingrid, of her own free will, showed her vulnerability before his very eyes. A mark that Ingrid is starting to trust him and he'll do anything just to prove worthy of her trust.

As he fixed his eyes on Ingrid, it seems that his hands have a mind on its own that he unconsciously cupped her face to appease what the woman feels inside. He no longer cares what the people around says about them. He could no longer control his yearning to show to these people that they're a couple and that they belong to each other and made for each other.

He feels surreal. Then a sudden realization hit him. He loves this woman. And without doubt.

The moment he cupped her face, Ingrid's eyes started to fill with tears and emotion he could not interpret.

"Ingrid, my love, please don't cry. My heart is aching everytime I see you like this. Please don't do this to me..." he smiled after he stated the last sentence to somehow pacify her emotions.

Ingrid's mind stands still. She realized one thing. She already loves this man. With all of her. There is no doubt, no partiality but only certainty. She wanted to shout to the world right at that moment that she finally found the one.

Clifford hugged her tightly as though his very life depends on it.

Without their knowledge all the people around them suddenly stopped what they are doing, whispering among themselves.

Out of the blue, the murmurings little by little die down. In a moment, all of them stand amazed by the affection that the couple showed.

Clifford gently stroked the back of Ingrid and his lips twitch as he speaks something to Ingrid which appeared that he is comforting the woman, while Ingrid hid her face on the chest of the man. The people still have no idea what's going on.

Their action speaks louder than words. It only speaks one thing. Love. They don't just see it but feel it from the couple. A love that is long been concealed. Yearning to give and to receive from each other.

However, their sweet moments are interrupted when Clifford's phone rings. He just listened to the person who calls and after that he pulled away from the embrace. He looked at Ingrid and said,

"Are you feeling better now?" Ingrid nodded, Clifford continued, "One of my men called, we need to go somewhere." Without delay Ingrid grabs Clark and Tristan's hands.

However, Clifford stopped her then took Clark and carried him on his right arm and on his left hand, he holds Tristan's hand. Ingrid couldn't stop him but just let him do what he wanted to do.

Four of Clifford's men arrived to escort them and together they left. All the people present marvelled at the scene that just happened and no one had dared to take pictures of them or what happened.

They were confused about what's going on because it seems that there's something serious happened or there's an emergency.

"I was dumbstruck with what I saw and I couldn't even move or think to capture such lovely moment. But what intrigue me is the bodyguards? Did something happen?" one of the parent asks the group.

All of them nod in agreement as they think of it, each have their own opinion about the matter. But one of them saw Teacher Mei and called her.

"Teacher Mei, what happened?"

"Ugh.. There was an emergency..." Teacher Mei could not divulge the event because it will cause a stampede or the people will freak out and she's also waiting for the Head's orders.

Before Clifford received the call from the head of Clifford's security team...

They went to the head security office of the school and checked the CCTVs around the school, looking for some unusual occurrence within the time Clark and Tristan left to go to the comfort room. They waited for several minutes before they notice two men approached Clark and Tristan outside the restroom.

They wore working cleaning clothes from a certain construction firm and black caps. They zoom it and wrote down the name of the company that could be of help in their investigation.

But only the perpetrators back were seen as they face the children since they knew where the CCTV is located. They continued to watch what happened until the part they went at the back of the school. Unfortunately there were no CCTVs in that place.

Still they waited for the perpetrators to come back but no one came. As they forwarded the CCTV footage, there were two men who came from where the children and the perpetrators entered. But they wore different clothes now, polo s.h.i.+rts and black pants and black caps. They stopped the video and zoomed in the footage and automatically, the Briggs's head security sent the image to all of his men to search for it within the school's premises.

One of his men called, "Sir, we've found them."

"Okay, bring them here in the security office."
