It had been 8 years; eight long difficult  years yet there was not a single moment she forgot how hard it had been since she had lost her mother.

The night after she read her mother's diary, she finally understood everything.

Xu Huifen was not her mother's real name; it was Yang Yi Fei. She was a student of Cui Ruzhou and studied fine arts. She was the only daughter of Yang Haoting and Xu Meilin - both pa.s.sionate painters.

The following day, she heard that he would be marrying Ye Lingling.

Yang Yi Fei never lost hope and instead did everything to talk to Zhou Jiayin. She wanted to tell him that she was also pregnant. However, she was denied countless of times. She was even kidnapped and threatened to be killed if she would not leave Jiayin alone.

What hurt her the most was not the kidnapping nor the fact that Ye Lingling was pregnant but the cruel truth that Zhou Jiayin sent her money through Feng Chen.

That same day, Yang Yi Fei's parents died in a car accident. According to the culprit who tapped her parents' car, it was Zhou Jiayin's order.
