The video clips were the conversations between Tang Xie and Jian Ran. In one of the videos, Tang Xie's high toned voice could be clearly heard as she said that she would do everything to destroy Xu Jia Li.

After watching all of that, Xu Jia Li's reaction didn't change. She stared blankly at Jian Ran when she said, "What do you think is Miss Tang's intention in doing that?"

The loud sirens of the police cars dumbfounded everyone on the resort. Director Han stood outside talking to one of the officers.

"What's the matter, officer?"

"We received a call that the culprit in poisoning Miss Meng is here. We need to invite her in the precinct."

A loud commotion filled the entire place when they heard that. They whispered amongst them, "Is the culprit really Miss Xu?"

"I can't believe that Miss Xu will do that! She's horrible!"

"The culprit must be put to jail, no matter who she is."

The whole place buzzed with loads of speculations as they watched with wide eyes when the police officers approached Xu Jia Li. She was standing on the resort's lobby with Shen Linqin on her side.

"Li-jie, why are there so many police officers?"

Xu Jia Li didn't answer as she looked at the officers. She already knew what would happen.

"Li-jie... why are they coming towards us?" Shen Linqin's voice faltered as she grabbed Xu Jia Li's hand.

The moment the police officers reached Xu Jia Li, one of them said, "Miss Xu, we would like to invite you in the station for alleged poisoning. Please come with us."

Shen Linqin stood frozen on her spot after hearing what the police officer said. She trembled as fear engulfed her. She held Xu Jia Li tightly as she shook her head, "Li-jie… it's not true... "

Xu Jia Li only nodded at Shen Linqin as she went with the police officers.

Jian Ran's lips curled into an evil grin the moment she saw Xu Jia Li went inside the police car. She remembered to take a video of the scene. Her eyes glimmered with satisfaction and her mood lightened up, giving her delight and bliss. Finally, she succeeded. She didn't know that it was so easy to defeat Xu Jia Li. She sneered inside as she muttered, "You're not so witty after all."

Jian Ran laughed as she immediately sent the video to someone before she uploaded it on her Weibo account. She didn't forget to put the caption, 'Xu Jia Li arrested for Poisoning Meng Lulu'.

After uploading the video, she strode with a feather light feeling towards her car, "It's time to celebrate our success!"
