One of the older men decided to clear the air and stood up "Only the Royal family goes with the name Buchanan, so you can guess why we are surprised to hear such name as the same with that of our new chairman. The first name is also the same as the prince"

Sighing Alicia looked at Prince waiting for him to explain himself but instead, he was smiling. Anger erupted inside of Alicia and she wanted to beat the smile out of him but seeing she was still in the meeting room she kept her cool.

Suddenly she cleared her throat, this little action started bringing the peace and quiet back little by little. Alicia looked around slowly before she opened her mouth "Yes uncle you are right, only the Royal family bears such name. Forgive me, let me reintroduce him to you all" she said pointing at Prince.

"Meet our new chairman, his royal highness Prince Pearl Buchanan" she made sure she enunciated each word clearly. Alicia was starting to feel a headache coming on, ma.s.saging her temples she looked at the man still seated beside her in his chair regally.

Alicia had the sudden urge to punch the annoying man and wipe off the smirk on his face. Prince noticed Alicia was glaring at him and broke into a huge grin. Alicia was speechless seeing this, she scoffed and turned away.

"How do we address you then? As your highness or Mr chairman?" another one of the board members asked. This time Pearl was ready to answer. Looking at them all he suddenly turned to Alicia "My CEO, what do you think?"

Alicia could never have guessed he will pull such a stint. 'Why was this annoying fellow putting her on the line, it seems he doesn't know her not even the slightest bit'

Smiling at him, she gave a very diplomatic answer "I believe in the company he is to be addressed as Mr. Chairman but he can be addressed as his t.i.tle outside the office.

Pearl smiled at this, although she was not willing to address him as the boss she still gave him face in front of the board members. He did not even realize he was still smiling till he noticed all eyes had fallen on him.

Retracting his gaze he quickly turned into the cold man he was rumored to be." Well, since Miss Crystals has given the solution I think it is all good then. There just might be one tiny problem though"

At this everyone looked at him, their faces bearing the question of 'What problem?'. Smiling he replied, "You do not need to be so shocked, the matter will be settled after signing a little doc.u.ment" as he said this he gestured to his a.s.sistant.

The a.s.sistant got the signal and distributed the materials to all of them. Soon everyone was shocked seeing what was on the doc.u.ment. "Yes, that tiny process is you have to sign an NDA. I believe you all understand why you need to sign it?" Pearl said like the shock was not enough

"Why exactly should we sign this?" one of them asked confused."Well, let's just say I am more comfortable with the way things are" Pearl replied. He was rather amused with their reactions

They were happy with him after learning who he was but it was a big deal to ask them all to sign an NDA. They were practically living in a lie. Alicia knew this was going to happen but what she could not have guessed was their next line of action.

"And why exactly should we sign this NDA? Our company has always fostered relations.h.i.+ps on trust but now you are asking us to lie. This is ridiculous" one of the board members snapped. Alicia face palmed hearing this, it was all her fault.

Prince's face had turned dark by now, he turned to look at Alicia by his side and he was bothered to continue. He felt like spanking her for some reason. Turning back to face the room he cleared his throat, he was going to do anything to make sure they all signed the NDA.
