After Ren Shui finished, the ice completely covered Aurora's entire body.

The protectors ignored the civilians. They started to collect important things left on the stage and the regular guards followed to clean up the area.

Four regular guards were then a.s.signed to dispose the statue of Aurora. They were instructed not to break it in front of the ma.s.ses for "moral reasons" so they will be carrying it somewhere else to destroy it.

Before the guard called Bo could finish what he was saying, the entire statue turned to black as fast as the eye could see. Guard Bo and the other two on the side who were holding the bottom of the statue also turned dark and fell lifeless on the ground.

After they fell, a dark fire engulfed their bodies.

"Ahhhh!!!", guard Chen cried and he fell down on his b.u.t.t. He was horrified when he saw his companions die like their life were sucked out from their body but what he saw next made his mouth foam and he fell unconscious.

The ice of the now black statue is quickly melting and the first that moved was the black pupil of Aurora that stared directly at poor guard Chen.

Guard Chen's scream attracted the attention of the people remaining in the plaza.

"Demon Fire!", shouted Protector Mo. "Move away!!!" He and the other protectors immediately took a handful of white powder from their cosmos sack and prepared to throw it.

But in just a few seconds, to their surprise, the statue is no longer a statue. It has completely melted and Aurora stood up.

The protectors gathered their courage and surrounded her, but another person was hovering on top of them.

"So it's you." the person said as he stared below.

When he spoke, everyone looked above and their eyes were all wide open.

But before they could even move from the shock, he disappeared together with Aurora.
