"Well, about you all, of course" Arima answered naturally and started eating in front all of these figures "Oh, yeah, about your question, I killed these guys because I wanted to and they deserved it. As for your son, well, he deserved it too" Arima paused "But he still isn't out of danger" He smirked and said.

The King's face darkened and Fayla was shocked while the prince just shook his head to the two. He signaled them to not do anything.

"So, what's your goal? You don't seem like the type who does things without purpose" The priestess asked

Arima looked at her and tilted his head in wonder "You're the Elven Priestess, right? If I'm not wrong you are…" Arima mused for a moment "Karia Teria, an elven priestess said to be pure and perfect" He said what he knew about her "But why do I feel so much evil from you?" He finally asked

Karia's expression twitched "I don't need to answer to your question" She escaped the question

"Mm" Arima still looked at her for a few seconds "Oh" And then suddenly exclaimed and smiled "I think I understand why now" He said and the priestess became shocked but before she could say something Arima resumed "Your question was spot on, I'm the kind of guy who doesn't do things meaninglessly, but I'm also the kind who is lazy and bored. That's why I'm looking for things that are fun" Arima explained

"What's your fun thing to do here?" The King frowned one more time and asked

"Well there's good fights, eliminating some trash and finding things that I'm interested about, that's what is fun for me" Arima answered in total honesty "Why am I here? First, it was to kill these quickly and then leave but some interesting people joined so I thought I should talk" He smiled and said

"Is that us, those interesting people?" The Demon King grinned and said

Arima looked at him and did the same as he did with Karia "King of the Demon country, Raal Zalda, said to be the strongest man on this continent, how can you not be interesting?" Arima grinned in return and said

The situation froze in an instant, Raal and Arima stared and each other and engaged in a silent fight. The King and Karia observed quietly while Fayla and Drannoc had a harder time to resist it and the former was trying her best to reduce the pressure on the prince.

"Please stop, if you fight now, the whole city will be destroyed" The King stopped them after a minute

Arima shrugged "I can create a dimensional rift to fight you know?" He said

"No, I can't stand to fight someone who uses a ma.s.sive amount of power to do something else. I'm sure your magic drains your mana ma.s.sively" Raal instantly refused the idea

"Okay, no problem" Arima said and didn't press for anything

The King sighed in relief "Is that all? That's what you wanted to do here?" He asked to Arima

"More or less" The latter responded and looked at Karia and smiled "Do you want to destroy it?" And asked strangely

The elf became shocked beyond words in less than a second. She stared at Arima like he was a monster. If she understood well, along with the words he said earlier, that man had discovered her secret with just a glance.

Raal looked at the two alternatively in interest and shrugged and started leaving the room "Arimane Blade, it seems you have something else to do now, so I'll just wait, come to the demon territory when you have time" He said before leaving

Arima smiled "Sure" and answered. He turned towards the King "Can I ask you a favor?" He said

The King furrowed, this may be the day where he changed his expression that most times "You're pus.h.i.+ng it a little bit, don't you think?" He said

Arima laughed "Hey, I have to take advantage of this position of force, you know?" He retorted

The King sighed "What do you want?" He ultimately gave in

"I heard that you need to be at the tenth level to be recognized as an SSS rank adventurer, I want that t.i.tle" Arima said, he thought that it could be useful to have his rank going up and it just needed an order from the King here for him to be promoted as one

When the King heard his request, he pondered for a moment and finally took out a gold card from his storage and threw it skillfully at Arima. The latter caught it and looked at it "…What is this?" He asked

"The guild of the Republic is not the original one, I'm just one of the five founders. The card you're holding is a privilege that can only be given by one of the founders. It's a Z rank card, the highest rank existing in the guild" He explained "Even if you bring that to the Main Land, you will be treated as a Super VIP. Try to merge that card with yours" He said

Arima did as he was told and took out his other card and placed the gold card on it, the two s.h.i.+ned and merged together to create a gold and silver card with his information on it. Arima flipped that card and played with it "The Main Land, huh? That's true I thought of going there later, thanks for that" Arima said and waved the card before storing it.

He then looked at Karia "Well, should we go? That was unexpected though, I thought I would directly go to the demon territory after that" He said and then spoke to Night who was silent from the beginning "Hey Night, can you tell Lilis to teleport with Lanya to the elven territory?"

Night nodded and closed his eyes. Arima looked at back at Karia who was waiting awkwardly "Shall we go?" He asked and Karia nodded.

"Wait" When they were about to transfer away, Night raised his voice "Lilis said she can't, because she doesn't know where is the elf city"

Arima stared at Night "Seriously?"

"Yes"

"And she calls herself a G.o.ddess" Arima mumbled "Go with Night, I'll go fetch someone, you can bring Night wherever you want, I'll teleport back to him" He said to Karia and directly teleported away from the place.

Night and Karia looked at each other and nodded at the same time and disappeared at the same time.

The King, his son and Fayla, all of them breathed out "What just happened?" After a moment of daze, the King said. It happened too fast for him, and he didn't get enough time to recover from the situation.

Outside of the Spirit realm, Lanya was saying goodbye to Vinia. Arima arrived a minute ago and he was idly watching with Lilis.

"Take care" Vinia said to Lanya and turned to Arima "I hope you will make her happy" And said

"Eh? What?" Arima had already disconnected when he realized that those two were saying goodbye to each other for minute straight now, he was surprised to be suddenly talked to "Ah, yeah, sure" He answered without even knowing about the question, Lanya slightly blushed and lightly smacked Vinia's head "You didn't need to say that" She said to her

Vinia laughed "I just wanted to make sure one last time" She said. And they resume their talk

Arima's expression started to sink "(Why do you need to take that much time to say goodbye to someone)" He thought

"That's maybe a feeling unknown for you, but that's how it's like to bid farewell to a friend" Lilis commented on the side

"I perfectly know how it is, thanks, but I keep it simple and don't talk for ten minutes while saying 'take care' and still stay to talk after" Arima glanced at her and retorted

Five minutes later, Arima finally teleported Lanya and Lilis away from the Spirit realm and they reappeared around two thousand kilometers away from there.

They found themselves in a pretty and big room with Night lying on a couch like always, he seemed to have inherited Arima's laziness when he doesn't have anything to do. Some maids were serving a table where Karia was seated at.

The moment Arima's group appeared, the maids suddenly jumped back and circled Karia while facing Arima. They seemed to be trained for combat. Karia waved her hand to calm them down and told them to leave.

Arima's group sat on the table with Karia and began to serve themselves with what was on it.

"Arima" Night called and a big mountain of sweets appeared in the room "I found these in this city, I thought you would maybe want it" He said casually. Karia was surprised and asked if he stole it.

"Don't worry, when I took it from their shops, I left money at the same place" Night answered

Arima observed the mountain of sweets and his expression brightened "Ooh, lollipops, that's my favorite, didn't know they had it in this world" He said and directly put one in his mouth before storing the rest in his storage.

At the same time, Lilis glanced at Karia and was surprised at first before smiling "So that's why we're here? That's not a bad idea" She said and Karia trembled and looked in disbelief at Lilis, not one, but two people saw right through her secret in a single day.

"What are you talking about?" Lanya asked

"Yeah, I wanted to ask you too, I found about this but I don't know anything about it to be honest" Arima asked too

Lilis smiled and looked at Karia "What she has inside her can be called a benediction or curse at the same time" She started explaining "Like you sensed it, that's the power of a Heavenly G.o.d, to be exact that's a special 'gift' a G.o.d gave her" She said

"What kind of gift?" Arima asked

"The Seed of Chaos. That's how they call it in Heaven" Lilis said "This Seed is something that was created by a wicked G.o.d, that G.o.d keeps sending this gift in all kind of different worlds to a random person" She said

"What are its effects?" Arima asked one more time while eating his lollipop

"Gain of strength and intelligence, and the most important thing, corruption" She spoke seriously "That's the effects, someone possessing that Seed can gain great power but with time, the darkness will engulf your mind and transform you" She explained "You should have some sudden violence rushes time to time" She said to Karia and the latter nodded slowly.

Both her and Lanya were listening quietly, they knew something was wrong with some things Lilis said, but they knew they shouldn't get involved

"Is there a way to destroy it?" Arima asked

"Yes, I suppose you want to absorb it to raise your strength, it's a good idea. It should be very easy, you just have to enter her soul and beat the Seed and then absorb it as life force" Lilis answered

"Still, that's something. Why would a Heaven G.o.d do something like that?" Arima laid back on his chair and asked

Lilis shrugged "There's always someone like that everywhere, G.o.ds are not perfect and don't escape that rule" She said

"Just to know, what's the name of that G.o.d" Arima asked in pure curiosity

"Oh, yeah, his name is well known in Heaven, Karaskan, that-" Lilis was interrupted by a strong noise. She turned to look at Arima in shock.

The latter had bit so hard on the lollipop that it broke in pieces in his mouth "What did you just say?" He said with a threatening tone. His aura was beginning to raise and instantly destroyed most of the objects in the room. The chairs, tables, sofas and even the ground, everything was crushed.

Lanya, Lilis, Night and Karia backed away. They all stared at Arima standing there in the middle of the room with shock written on their expressions. The aura Arima was releasing right now, wasn't like the usual at all, from a calm aura it turned into a chaotic one.

"Karaskan" Arima mumbled that name once and his face changed in a way like never before. Night was suddenly overwhelmed by an emotion coming from Arima that he never expected to ever feel from him.

Anger, for the first time since he came to this world, anger appeared on Arima's face

"Karaskan…You were a G.o.d!?" He shouted in frenzy and his slaughter intent resurfaced.
