"You do realize that you just met him today right?" Matthew discourages the idea of Mika's affection towards Fred.

"Ya.. but I easily fell in love with him you know? Love at first sight?" Mika responds positively which made Matthew's eyes roll.

"This is why I am disappointed in today's adults. Just following their heart and not their mind." Matthew facepalms.

"Hey! I can't help it okay? Fred is just so dreamy..." Mika fantasizes about Fred and her while Matthew facepalms in disappointment.

"I think what Matthew is trying to say Mika is that you just met Fred right? You can't love someone you just met. It would be ridiculous." I comfort Mika in a nicer way than Matthew.

"Maybe you're just jealous aren't you?" Mika's fantasizing manner turned into a defensive demeanor.

"What?" I look at her confused.

"Maybe you're just jealous that Fred didn't notice you even when you guys go to the same university didn't you? You are just f.u.c.king jealous that he gave time to me." Mika uttered angrily.

"What? No!" I respond to her.

"Actually when your idiotic friend Rose got taken by the guards I came along with Fred and we both ate in the food stand."

"He stared at me with a sincere smile and handed me the takoyaki and said "Here try it it's good. Feeding me with his spoon and even told me that I was different from the other girls he met. So maybe you're just jealous that he didn't do the same to you and you're trying to psyche me out to stay away from him."

"Are you delusional! Are you serious?! I would never do that to you. Let alone be jealous of something like that!?" I answer her accusations.

What is this all of a sudden? Why is she being aggressive with me?

"Well, whatever! See you. I'll just go with Fred now." Mika attempts to leave before Matthew grabs her arm.

"Where is Fred? We've been looking for him." Matthew asks the girl in a serious tone.

"Let me go!" She smacks Matthew's arm and runs away to get lost in the crowd.

"I guess Fred has another victim?" Matthew giggled to himself.

"What? What do you mean victim?" I asked Matthew concerned.

"You do realize that Fred is a bit of a playboy. He always charmed women and made them wrapped around his finger. It never ends well trust me." Matthew giggled.

"Wait then shouldn't we warn Mika about him at least? She would be extremely hurt if she got her heartbroken by Fred." I speak concerned.

"I guess we should but clearly she doesn't look like the type of girl that would listen to us if we did tell her. You do realize that she told you that you were jealous of her and Fred? I doubt she would listen if you told her that Fred is a playboy." Matthew speaks which made me think about it.

"Which reminds me I'm really weirded out that Fred did not try charming you, Lisa. Usually, he would charm any woman he sees and by now you would be wrapped around his finger." Matthew giggles to himself.

"If you knew Fred was this terrible of a person then why still be his friend Matthew?" I ask him.

"Fred is a good person at heart. We were childhood friends after all. He just charmed women because his parents didn't really love him that much." Matthew explains.

"That's no excuse to play with people's hearts you know?" I retort but in a calm manner.

"He's my friend. He helped me in a lot of things especially when we were kids. I would never leave my friend just for how he acts." Matthew explains before grabbing his phone.

"Well, shouldn't we be looking for others? The Sugar Time Live show is starting in the auditorium soon." Matthew tells me.

"Right! I guess..."

So Matthew and Fred are childhood friends huh? Interesting....
