Most people say that the two supporting pillars of the empire are the imperial family and the Duke Trudy family.

The Trudy family's history was the history of the empire itself.

More than two decades ago, Jay Trudy, the head of the Trudy house, was the only “Archduke” in the empire. The t.i.tle of Archduke was not pa.s.sed down to him but awarded to praise his glory.

Adrienne had never done anything other than putting food on the table for her siblings and doing what they wanted to satisfy them.

From being a maid, to working at a restaurant, to cleaning bathrooms… 

The kind of work didn't matter if she could just get the money to buy food for the day. That's what she thought.

But even if she worked to the point that it became bad for her health, she was always short of money. Noel and Amy demanded for them to invest more in the future than they do now.

She tried to appease her siblings, saying that they weren't in a position to do so right now, but they shut her down, ignored her, and threatened to leave the house, eventually getting what they wanted.

Currently, they had unexpectedly overspent, so it made it impossible to buy food.

The food that was left was just cheap trash. Adrienne had not even been able to put proper food in her mouth for a week because she usually shared her food with her siblings.

Regardless of that fact, she did not hold back in supporting her siblings to make sure they could buy clothes and study.

Adrienne had to wear her clothes until they ripped…

But if Amy and Noel could do what they wanted, that would bring her joy.
