All enemies that are damaged through this skill will be affected by the Bleeding Flames Reality Altering Affix, where the target will bleed Quintessential Flames that can spread around their bodies to deal 50% of the maximum damage output of the skill every microsecond until the flames are extinguished. When an enemy dies to Quintessential Singularity Ignition, their corpse will automatically explode to deal 200% of the skill's initial damage output. The final output Damage Value of this ability is set to a minimum of 10 Quadrillion True Dimensional Damage Values after accounting for your base boosts and multipliers. The minimum Damage can change and fluctuate in the future depending on your own base Damage Values and multipliers. Cost to cast: 10 Billion Units of the Essence of Reality and 10,000 Trillion Mana.
