Both Rebecca and Abigail said at a time.

Abigail glared at Rebecca. She turned her head towards the waiter and nodded at him. With that, he left.

Abigail ate her food slowly and steadily. One can say that she had good table manners. She ate her food gracefully.

While Rebecca stuffed her mouth with large scoops of food. She ate her food in such a way that someone is going to s.n.a.t.c.h her food. Her lips and chin are smeared in oil. But she didn't mind her posture. She kept on eating.

In the first place, why does she need to care when there are lots of food in front of her?

She finished her food rather quickly. After finis.h.i.+ng her food. She took a tissue and cleaned her chin and lips neatly. She patted her belly in satisfaction. She had a lazy and relaxed smile on her face.

Abigail shook her head at her friend.

'Why did I get a glutton like her?' she thought.

"Because gluttons are loyal," Rebecca said while pouting.

"How did you know the words in my mind?"

"You are not thinking in your mind you have said them out stupid"

Abigail slapped her forehead.

"Fine, let's leave. it's getting late. I will pay the bill. " Abigail said.

She called the water to get them the bill. Soon the waiter came back with the bill. When Abigail is about to take the bill. Rebecca s.n.a.t.c.hed and paid the money.

Abigail glared at her.

" Hey, I'm the one who ate all the food! So I should pay the bill " she said as she raised her hands in the air submissively at her friend's glare.

Since she already paid the bill. She couldn't do anything. She will pay next time.

With that, they returned to their office. When they returned all Abigail and Rebecca's colleagues surrounded them. They are eager to know what happened in the chairman's office.

Abigail felt a headache coming in her way when she saw them. But what she could do? If she kicked them she will get condemned. So she stood to the side calmly with a smile without saying a word. Noticing this Rebecca, took the lead to narrate the whole story to her colleagues.

She likes gossip after all. No one can blame her for this. Okay! If she shares the gossip, next time others will share with her.

After Rebecca finished her story. All the people around her were shocked at the revelations.

They just knew that Ellie is given a cold shoulder by the Chairman but didn't know all the remaining drama.

In the whole drama, the gossipy stuff is Amelia getting demoted to a junior apprentice, Ellie and Amelia are ordered to say sorry.

And the spiciest thing is tomorrow they can see the iron maiden of the business industry, Samantha Kim.

They wished Ellie to become a joke. But they didn't know their wish is going to be true. Hehe, let them get amazed. If they knew the things earlier then there will be no fun. Right?

"I wanted to handle the things with Ellie," Rebecca said.

"Hey, I will handle her things. But I can give u a chance to handle them, " Abigail said.

"How?" Rebecca inquired.

"We both can work together," Abigail said as she winked at her

"But I want to take leave for half-day, "

"You can"

"How?"

"Are you sure you pa.s.sed the university with your own ability?" Abigail asked Rebecca as she gave a dirty look to her.

"Hey, you are looking down on me!" She pouted.

"I'm not looking down on you. I'm asking where did you put your brain?"

"Hmph!!"

"Well, will you tell me a trick to ditch the office for half-day or not?" she asked in an irritated tone.

"Fine milady, Fine. Calm down first." Abigail raised her hands in the air and bowed a few times like a drama queen.

"Now write a letter. Saying that you are traumatized due to the morning series of actions. So you want to take leave to take rest. "

"And I will take leave by saying that I need to prepare well for tomorrow's presentation."

Abigail said with a bright smile.

"Sure enough you are really cunning," Rebecca said.

Abigail lifted her chin proudly and patted her own shoulder in self-abas.e.m.e.nt.

They both wrote their letters and went to the senior scientist, Dr.Bill Carson.

When he saw their letters he is mad. 'what's wrong with these two? They are asking leave for these silly reasons?! Do they think I am a fool?! How dare?! I will not permit their leave! Hmph!'

"You both are not allowed to take leave," He said coldly with a stern face.

"Dr.Carson..." he heard Abigail's voice.

He doesn't but for some reason, he felt her voice is so soothing, warm and comfortable. He felt like he is dancing in clouds. Her voice sounded like a melody to his ears. He yearned to hear more of her voice.

He raised his head and looked at her hazel blue eyes. He sensed something in her orifices that draw him to them. A different kind of energy drawn to him. He was drawn completely into her eyes. He perceived to be swimming in her blue eyes.

"Dr. Carson, Please permit leave for us," Abigail said. He lost the last defense of the security he had. He sensed that her voice held a power that made him drawn to her.

With that, he signed the permit letters and gave them permission to take leave.

They left his cabin after achieving what they wanted.

After she left Dr. Bill Carson came to senses.

'What the h.e.l.l did I do? Why did I give permission to them I should be careful from next time? These brats had a lot of tricks upon their sleeves' he reminded himself.

Meanwhile, Rebecca also came to her senses after retreating from the Dr.Carson's cabin.

She hugged Abigail as soon as she discovered that they got permission.

When Dr.Carson said that he won't give permission to them Abigail released her energy into the whole cabin. The two people who are inside the cabin didn't feel any change in their bodies but it took control over them.

Rebecca went into a spell she doesn't know what happened the whole time.

While Dr.Carson was enthralled by her power. He is not in his correct state of mind. He did all the according to the instructions given to him in his mind.

Her voice made him feel obeyed.

He heard someone in his mind saying him to give permission to them. And when he heard Abigail's voice again the voice in his mind became strong. So He gave permission to them.

After leaving his cabin Abigail retracted her force of energy making them come back to their normal state.

"If you are done with your hugging then we can leave," Abigail said as she struggled.
