6 Hacker Lotto

"I can't... I can't. My body was not made to do push-ups!" Chris said while panting.

"I can't just spend Hacker Points in the beginning to make it easier. When I really need those Hacker Points later, I won't have it because I wanted to make it easy. If I really want to use everything efficiently, I have to do it on my own in the beginning then use the Hacker Points," Chris said as he was getting ready to do more push-ups.

"But still..." Chris muttered as he was doing more push-ups. "I'm doing a lot better than I thought. I already did 40 in total and I'm still not completely out yet!"

As Chris was doing more push-ups, his door was forcefully opened.

"Chris Kim, if you do not help your sister right now, I'll make sure that sitting tomorrow in school will be h.e.l.l for you!" A man that looked around his 40s shouted.

"Hi Dad, you came home?"

"No s.h.i.+t I came home! That's why I'm standing here right now!" Chris' dad screamed sarcastically.

"Haha, you could be less forceful when you come into my room," Chris said while wryly laughing.

"Enough of that sa.s.sy s.h.i.+t. Your sister told me that you didn't help her on her homework. Well, you think you're going to get away with that? Go help her right now!" Chris' dad started to point into the direction of the room across from Chris' room.

"Dad, this is favoritism. Can't you make it less blatant?"

"Hmph, ever since we had to try to use our connections to help you get out from your hacking troubles, I was extremely disappointed in you. Fortunately, you have some brains so instead of wasting your time hacking video games, do something productive like helping your sister since you don't bother to do your homework!"

"Dad, I finished my homework in the afternoon!"

"Well then, more of a reason to help your sister!"

"Fine!"

Chris left his room to go his sister's room.

"So you came to help me anyways," Monica said with a bright smile on her face.

"So you told Dad," Chris said with a sullen tone.

"Hmph, you should be grateful that you're able to help your cute little sister like this. Not everyone has a cute, pretty little sister like me," Monica said with a proud tone.

"Yeah whatever, let's start your homework," Chris said as he sat down on a extra chair Monica had. As he was about start helping her homework, he heard a notification.

Ding!

-Host has a new Immediate Mission. Help out your sister! Since you have eaten an Intelligence Pill, do all her homework for her in less than 30 minutes.

Reward: 3000 Hacker Points and 1 lottery ticket-

'Oi, oi, oi, what if she has over 10 pages of work she has to do!'

-Do not worry Host. The system will delegate the time limit based on the situation. All quests are completely doable.-

'Yeah, like 500 push-ups, sit-ups, and running a lap like Usain Bolt was "reasonable",' Chris thought.

"Monica, how much homework do you have?" Chris asked with a sigh.

"I only have to do 40 Pre-Calculus questions with each having 4 sub-problems. I also have to do a 3 paragraph essay on "To Kill A Mockingbird"," Monica said with a chuckle.

"Oh no..." Chris said while his face was getting paler by the second.

"Chris, are you ok?"

"Yeah... just a little mad that you're getting so much homework," Chris said half truthfully.

"So is it going to be the usual?" Monica asked.

"No, I want to sleep sooner so let's do this, you go on your bed and play on your phone while I do your homework for you. I do homework faster than you do anyways,"

"Chris, are you sure that you're ok?" Monica said with a strange look. "Are you having a fever or something?"

"Haha... No, I'm completely fine," Chris said without trying to show his anger.

'Calm down Chris, it's your fault that she's being like this. You've never done her homework no matter how many times she begged you for it,'

"Just sit down on your bed. I'll put down all the work for you so you understand how to do each problem even without actually solving it,"

In the end, Monica simply shrugged and Chris got started on the homework.

Chris had a frown on his face, but as time pa.s.sed by, his frown started to turn into smiles.

'Oh, this question is too easy. What? Pre-Calc was this easy? Is this the power of the Intelligence Pill?'

After a mere 30 minutes, Chris was done with the homework.

"Ha, that took a bit longer than I thought," Chris said trying to act cool.

Monica looked at him with a wide mouth.

'It's been 30 minutes. Even the smartest kid in my grade can't finish this fast. Oh I know, he didn't try. Hmph, just because it isn't his homework doesn't mean he can screw up on it,' Monica angrily stared at Chris.

'What's this girl's problem?' Chris thought confusedly. 'Oh, I don't have time for this, I gotta do her essay. I should start reading... No, I remember everything about the book! Amazing, the Intelligence Pill is really amazing!' Chris started to have a huge smile and started to work on the essay.

'What is the theme of the book? So easy! Wow, the quotes comes straight to me!'

After around 20 minutes, Chris has finished the essay as well.

Ding!

-Congratulations, Host has finished all the homework perfectly in 51 minutes and 29 seconds.Host has received a lottery ticket and 3000 Hacker Points.-

"Monica, I finished your homework. I'm going to leave,"

As Chris was getting ready to leave the room, Monica started to shout at him.

"Wait right there! You think you can fool me? I'm not a dumb b.i.t.c.h. You "did" my homework. There has to be a catch. If I find one wrong answer, you have to do one thing that I have to say!" Monica said with both anger and confidence.

"Alright, but what happens if I win?" Chris asked.

"I'll do one thing that you command me to do!" Monica said impatiently.

"Oh, are you sure? So I could say to never barge into my room again and you'll do it?" Chris asked.

"Hmph, I know that you got something wrong so sure. Get ready to do one thing that I want!"

Monica walked to her desk and immediately started to check the homework.

'Hmph, he finished everything in less than an hour. There's no way it's anything decent,' Monica thought while a smile started to form due to her thinking of all the commands she could do. However, as time went by, she started to frown and after 5 minutes, she was shocked.

"Chris, you got everything in math correct..."

"I told you my homework skills were excellent,"

'Don't get too c.o.c.ky. Same rule with the essay so if I find that something sucks, I win," Monica said.

"Fine, but if I can tell you're cheating, it's your automatic loss,"

"Alright," Monica said and immediately started to read the essay. While writing an essay can take hours, reading it will only take half that speed. Soon enough, Monica was finished with the essay.

"You... got a perfect score for the essay. Get out of my room!"

"But the bet..."

"Who care?! Get out!"

With that Chris was completely kicked out.

"G.o.d what's her problem?" Chris said as he slowly went back to his room.
