With a height of 160cm, she looked even shorter in a baggy s.h.i.+rt and jogger pant. Her fair face looked fresh without an ounce of makeup. One could mistake her as a high school student. Taking her car keys, wallet and mobile phone, she headed out to find something to eat.

Yi Fei parked her car near the 24 hours convenience store opposite the Sky Restaurant, her favorite place. She went out of her car and locked it. Yi Fei was walking towards the restaurant when she saw someone she should not have seen. She turned around immediately and clumsily. She staggered to her feet, swaying a little before she eventually fell.

Feeling embarra.s.sed for falling in the middle of the road, Yi Fei fled to go to her car. She tried to open the door, but it was locked. She panicked and kept on tugging the handle, but it won't open. The pa.s.serby looked at her suspiciously. One of the pa.s.sersby walked towards her.

"Excuse me miss, is this your car? Do you need help or something?". Yi Fei could see that the guy was suspicious of her. She wanted to explain to that guy that she owned the car. She took a deep breath to calm herself.

Suddenly, she saw her key. She was holding it all the time. She wanted to hide her face but she can't, she needed to explain things to the pa.s.serby. "I am the owner; this is my key. I forgot that I have the key". She smiled before she dangled the key in front of the guy and pressed it. "See, it gets unlocked when I press this b.u.t.ton. I'm not a thief". After saying all that, to cover her embarra.s.sment, she laughed awkwardly.

Having confirmed that Yi Fei was not a thief, the guy walked away. After a few steps, the guy turned around and looked at Yi Fei. His rolled his eyes, and it seemed like mocking her for being suspicious.

Wu Chen saw all that happened inside the convenience store; from falling in the middle of the road to dangling the car key in front of the pa.s.serby. He thought that the girl was a bit muddleheaded. What Wu Chen dislikes the most since his teenage years up until today would be a stupid and muddleheaded girl. He clicked his tongue. G.o.d is indeed fair. The girl was given a beautiful face, but she was an idiot.

Wu Chen was standing near the entrance, at the snack aisle, to choose a few local snacks. He always wanted to try the snacks because his Jun Liu told him that the food in City L is the best. Wu Chen browsed all the snacks available and saw a star-shaped biscuit. He reached out his hand to take it, but before he could grab the snack, a short girl beat him off and grabbed the snack for herself.

It was the only star-shaped biscuit left in the aisle. Wu Chen felt annoyed because the shorty was so rude. It was him who reached out for the biscuit first. He looked down and saw that the shorty was the same muddleheaded girl who fell in the middle of the road. The girl seemed to realize that he was annoyed.

"Oh, I'm sorry. You want to take this?" Yi Fei did not know why but the tall guy beside her had a long face. She did not think much about it. She a.s.sumed that the long face was caused by hunger. People tend to be in the bad mood when they were hungry.

Wu Chen wanted to take the biscuit from the shorty. "I am starving. This is the only thing I could eat from these snacks. I cannot eat the rest. I am allergic to them. I wanted to eat at that restaurant, but many, many things happened so I cannot eat there for the time being. And I like this biscuit". Shorty was trying to sound pitiful and making puppy eyes.

Wu Chen was not able to talk because the shorty was speaking in one breath. He thought that the shorty was quite adorable when she was trying her best to make those puppy eyes. Wu Chen waved both his hands indicating that he will not take the biscuits; he felt as if he was bullying the shorty if he took the biscuit from her after she talked too much of why she needed the biscuit.

Shorty smiled and bowed down to thank him but when she bent her body, her bottom b.u.mped into the aisle causing few of the snacks to fall loudly onto the floor.

Wu Chen sighed, helped her to pick up the snacks, paid for his toothpaste and walked away from the convenience store. He added another label to the shorty: beautiful, idiot and clumsy.

All are the criteria of a troublesome woman.
