"I wanted to read . " Huang Qiuyan returns his smile and takes his hand . From the sidelines, Xiao Chun Dan and Fu Mian watch them . They already look like husband and wife . Xiao Chun Dan pouts while Fu Mian squeals in happiness . This is what she wanted to see . Her father is finally happy .  

"I didn't know that you like reading . " He pulls her by her arm and coils his arm around her waist . He looks into her eyes . "Read something to me next time . I like hearing your voice . "

"Mommy, I also want to hear you read . " Fu Mian runs toward her . "Read it to us every day . "

Huang Qiuyan isn't much of a reader, but she doesn't mind doing this . She smiles at Fu Mian . "Princess, I will read a story to you every day . "

Xiao Chun Dan rolls his eyes . He notices Fu Sheng's eyes on him . He shrugs and looks away . He mumbles with a faint voice, "I won't make trouble . "

He won't do anything only if it isn't against his host's survival .

He checks on her vitals . So far, there are no abnormalities .

Holding a silver gla.s.s of blood, Klyn leans forward toward the table . His eyes are full of sparkle . "Miss Sung, your brother is right . Even if you are an immortal, your const.i.tution is mostly human . "

A red hue appears on the bridge of Klyn's nose . He wipes his lips, embarra.s.sed in front of her . Even if she likes women only, he doesn't want to act in an unmanly way in front of her .  

She sees the redness on his face . She sighs and looks away . It's not good to dislike someone for no reason . She picks up the gla.s.s of juice and takes a sip . She wonders why these vampires know how to make human food .  

Fu Sheng steps inside the hall with Huang Qiuyan and Fu Mian . Xiao Chun Dan is walking two steps behind them . He is a little less shy than yesterday . This time, he doesn't vanish and hides inside Huang Qiuyan's mind when the people in the room look in his direction .  

Looking at Fu Mian, NMi realizes the reason why these vampires are so accustomed to human needs . Changing just for a little human child?

"I did . " He hugs the little chubby bun . "It's been so long since I held you, Little Princess . I dreamt about you when I was asleep . "

"You are lying again . " Fu Mian looks at him with a straight face . "Uncle Klyn, you only dream of naked women . "

"Who told you that?" Klyn's face turns white . He senses people's judgmental eyes on him . He doesn't care what the males think about him . There is Sung NMi in the room . What will she think of him? 

"Uncle Kai did . " Fu Mian looks at the new people with curiosity . Who are they? What happened when she got sick for some time? There are too many new people in the castle .

d.a.m.n! It's Kai . Klyn runs his fingers through his blonde hair . "Don't believe Kai's words . He only knows how to speak strange things . "

Huang Qiuyan looks at Fu Sheng . "This is what happens when only men are raising a little girl . "

She shakes her head . "Can't you tell?"

"I don't see what is wrong here . " Fu Sheng frowns at her .

She leans closer to him and whispers, "A little child shouldn't be talking about a man dreaming adult women, you idiot . "

Fu Sheng realizes what she means, but there's little that he can do . Raising a human child isn't easy . They are all men . It's no wonder Fu Mian asked him for a mother . "I am not worried . The future queen is here to raise a proper princess . "

His words are barely a whisper . He's already walking away from her . Huang Qiuyan stares at his back . Does this mean…? 

Huang Qiuyan grins and steps toward her family .
