"Tell me, were you always a demon?" Chane decided to rather try and learn more from the enemy, since she made him an offer to join them.

"No, i was human, just like you" Miriam said.

"Then how did you become one?"

"I was about to be sacrificed in a satanic ritual when master Senjin interveined, i wanted to willingly give myself over to the sacrafice but Senjin gave me a better option, this" she gestured to herself and batted her wings.

"So he can turn people into demons?"

"Not all, you have to be either willing, or have some sort of evil in your heart, like greed, murderous intent and so forth, but if you are willing like i was, you gain more power"

"So, if you want to turn human again, he can do that aswell?"

"No, all who he changes can only revert back to human when Senjin dies, only then does the influence he has over everything he did leave this world"

"I see you're proud of what you became" He mocked, attempting to get her to make the first move.

Miriam moved, but just as always, Chane found her moving way slower than himself, thanks to his speed, he easily timed her then evaided. Slightly disoriented by how fast he moved away she shook her head and attacked again, thistime Chane slightly adjusted his position and allowed her to pa.s.s as close as he dared, sprung his claws and slashed her right wing clean off.

Quintin turned and ran, he needed to make s.p.a.ce between him and Senjin, hopefully Derrick could hold ground against him, it was an option that had to be put to the test.

"Fleeing, leaving you to do the dirty work?" Senjin said watching Quintin run off.

"I told him I'll take you on from here on, if you dont mind?" Derrick asked.

"Indeed i dont, you seem to be much more of a decent opponent than the cat"

Unlike Quintin Derrick wasnt in the mood for long talks, he jumped through the shadow and was instantly on top of Senjin, he struck him hard but thistime Senjin only staggered, regained stance and struck back, the result was equal, Derrick also only staggered.

Derrick realised this demon wasn't a pushover, so he had to focus harder, he absolutely couldn't allow him to land a blow, quickly moving in he slashed at Senjin but Senjin avoided by ducking, he swirled kicking at the wolf's legs but Derrick jumped, now airborne Senjin had an opening, he charged a sphere of darkness and threw it at Derrick, but Derrick jumped into the shadows and reappeared behind Senjin striking him behind the head and finally sending him tumbling again.

There was a hint of confidence in Derricks heart, he felt like he could do this, but Senjin was up and moved, Derrick was shocked at the sudden increase of speed, he couldnt avoid, Senjin's foot burrowed deep into his gut, then a fist came up and struck his muzzle, the force was so powerfull Derrick was blown into a backflip then struck the ground face first.

"Pathentic" Senjin said laughing "It was all fun and games till now okami, from here on out im not holding back" He held a hand open and the sphere of black energy swivled up, but before he could fire it his arm was sethered in a flash. Senjin barely screamed when his own attack blew up in his face, the black energy formed a dome of exploding power, sending him and Derrick flying.

Derrick crashed and jumped up, Chane got to a screeching halt next to him.

"Thanks for the help, but wernt you suppose to take care of that other demon?"

"Shes been taken care of, i gave her the option to leave and live, or stay and die"

Derrick looked over to him confused.

"And she chose to leave?"

"I was too fast for her, she realised she couldn't win, but her last words were "we still wont defeat Senjin"

Derrick laughed "My father once said, if it bleeds, it can die, and now with you here, well make short work of him"

"Agreed, where's Quintin?" Chane asked looking around between all the fynbos and shrub he couldnt see him.

"He asked me to keep this demon bussy so he could have time to execute some sort of attack" Derrick said keeping his eyes on Senjin now, who was cursing severely at his stump.

Chane got a shrill up his spine "The Trueno bomb?"

"Trueno bomb?" Derrick asked.

"Just so you know, Trueno means thunder, and its an attack that Miss Katja taught Quintin. I only saw a small scale version of it, that time he couldn't build it too big, but now i think he's going to pump it to the max" Chane looked up, already a wind was blowing, in the faint moonlight the fynbos was dancing in the gusts, the sand tickling their ancles.

"Thunder bomb... how does he make it?" Derrick asked.

"He forms it inside a tornado"

Derrick looked around, it was then that he also noticed the wind picked up. When the both of them looked back over their shoulders they saw it, already sky high, the menacing swirling tornado roaring like a maddened beast.

Listen Chane, an attack of that size might be powerfull, but I'd really like for it to make a direct hit, so here's what were going to do, we rush him, ill deliver the powerblows, you confuse him by striking elbows and ancles. As soon as Quintin throws that bomb you cut his feet off, ill take care of the rest" Derrick said leaning forward to launch.

"Understood" Chane said also preparing.

In one swift dash Derrick was through the shadow and on top of Senjin, who was caught off guard, Derrick rained blows as fast and powerfull as he could, all whilst Chane came rus.h.i.+ng past frequently slasing at his arms and legs.

Inside the eye of the tornado Quintin saw far out vaguely the two attacking Senjin, he knew this was the opportunity. He pumped in a ma.s.sive amount of his chi into the wind surrounding him, it rose to the top and there it honed into the center of the tornado. Just as he forms the ball off lightning in his hand, the same happend inside the tornado above, but thistime it was humongous, the sphere was so large and bright it lit up the surrounding area with a much more intence white than the moon, when it was ready Quintin once again allowed the wind forming the tornado to be absorbed by the ball, and it doubled its size and power.

"Its ready!" He roared, Derrick heard him.

"Now Chane!" He yelled.

Chane came round as fast as he could and clawed Senjin's feet clean off. Senjin wanted to fly but Derrick came out of the shadows behind him and grabbed his wings, stretched them out and kicked a paw into his back, submitting him.

"You're not going anywhere!"

"f.u.c.k!" Senjin screamed as he finally saw their plan, the ball of energy in the air finally making him realise this might go south fast.

Quintin used his chi to make a guided line for the bomb, straight to Senjin. He pushed a large amount of chi up which pushed the bomb up then made it curve over and head down the path created out of air and chi.

Senjin vigirously attempted to get himself loose as he saw the bomb come down, but to no avail.

"You fool, you'd sacrafice yourself for this pathetic world!? I sence youre not pure! I can make you great!"

"Save it demon! I never wanted to be a wolf to begin with, so suck it!"

The bomb came in so close it was blinding, Derrick gave Senjin one last stunning blow, then dissapeared into the shadow realm.

Quintin hit the ground but Chane had to make some distance before he hit the deck.

The explosion was dethening, there was a crack, then a blinding light, finally the full force of the blast spread as the explosion erupted, only seconds after did the noise of the explosion hit with a shocking wave. Both Quintin and Chane got caught in the blast and was sent flying. The energy lost potency and turned dark leaving a mushroom cloud of smoke rising into the air.

When all died down Derrick came out of the shadows, he saw in awe the crater created by the blast, now filling up with water from the ocean as the whole beach and well inland was blown to oblivion. He looked around to see if he could find Quintin and Chane, in the settling dust he saw the two limping towards him.

"Are you two ok?

"Sort of, i didnt expect the blast to be that big" Quintin said watching the crater.

"Fr...ie, Quinti...n can you hear me!?" Koos came through broken in the earpiece.

Quintin touched it "Yes i hear you"

"What de fok was that!? You just babbled on earlier about big bombs all shocked face and all! That bomb you made nearly took us out of the fokkin sky!"

"Im sorry Koos, i had no idea it would be that potent"

"Well, did you atleast get the fokker?"

Quintin looked at Derrick "Did it hit Senjin?"

"I f.u.c.king made sure of it"

Senjin flew high into the air, in his palm an orb of red energy formed, on Frits' monitor he could read its power output, and stupified he gave max thrust, pulling back on the steer to gain alt.i.tude as fast as he can.

"Wats up Frits!" Koos yelled as he had to suddenly grab hold of something.

"Tell those on the beach to take cover! The world has not seen an explosion like this yet! In fact! I dont know if they'll survive it!"

On the beach everyone was already figuring out what was going on, they felt the press of the sheer force behind that bomb he was building, it wasn't nearly as big in size as Quintin's, but it had much more potency.

High in the air Senjin looked down, he was able to see South Africa in its entirety, aiming for its center he drew back and threw screaming "Ak.u.ma! Mokus.h.i.+roku-tekina! Bakudan!!"
