Mai stared at her surroundings imminently impressed with whoever had designed such a place. It looked as though it hadn't been meant for mere mortals. Mai could understand why one would want to do anything in the garden it brought a type of calming serenity into one's life.

Han Bing had brought out a small blanket for them to lay down on to enjoy the tranquility of the garden. It was soft and plush under Mai's hands as she sat down in front of Han Bing who had already sat with his legs extended in front of him. Mai s.h.i.+fted positions to be closer to Han Bing seeing as there was no reason to hide their relations.h.i.+p at all since everyone in the house already knew about it.

At this point Mai had a lot of questions of her own. How did they get out of the city and how safe were they actually going to be here were the ones she desperately wanted answered.

Han Bing has his eyes closed as he took in his surrounding enjoying ever peaceful moment that he had gotten since leaving his other manor. Mai could sense that he was opening up to her in ways that he never did before and was incredibly grateful to be together with him like this.

"How did you make it here Han Bing? Zheng Li said that it was all your idea" Mai asked as she looked deeply into Han Bings eyes. Though the garden offered amazing views Mai couldn't help but keep her eyes glued to the man that she had wanted to see so badly the day before. Now that Mai had the opportunity to see him, hear him, she couldn't help but give him her full attention.

Mai watched as he lightly fidgeted under her gaze, his skin had gone taunt just recalling the memory of the time right before they had arrived at this house.

"The idea had always been in the works" Han Bing said quietly looking away from Mai's gaze. "for years Zheng Li and I decided that this was something that needed to happen, or we would live a short life." Han Bing paused while thinking deeply "we got the opportunity a couple of months back when there was a guy who was going to be killed unless he could fake his own death. We helped him get the drugs to stop his heart and hide him afterwards. He had connection to all sorts of people, knew to many secrets which was why a lot of people wanted him dead."

Mai nodded her head to show her understanding of the situation "but that still doesn't explain how you got here."

Han Bing grinned as he looked back towards Mai "we saved the guys live and he vowed to help us in our situation. At first, we didn't believe him because who really could? However, time and time again he just kept making the situations better until he told us about this plot of land that is technically owned by the Emperor but never used." Han Bing must have seen the shock on Mai's face because he continued on with a chuckle "you're probably thinking why would we go to a property that is his? And that's just the reason why would he look for us here in the middle of nowhere."

"To answer how we got here, I had a terrible fever that went on for days after you left for your father's house. With every hour that past it got worse to the point that I could barely move. The Emperor summand his trustworthy doctor to tell him why I hadn't shown up for court. The doctor took one look at me and just left. I'm not entirely sure why he didn't try to figure out what was wrong, but after that the Emperor left us alone for a couple of days" Han Bing said while twirling some of Mai's hair in his hands.

"Those days were all we needed to take everyone that we held dear to us and get them to come with us. We posed as a small family of merchants that had lost all their merchandise shamed faced, dirty, returning with our tail between our legs back home. The guards at the gate joked about how badly we did in the large city and that we weren't worth being in it. Later the man met us up in a small village about a day away from here and showed us the rest of the way."

Mai laughed at the picture that Han Bing had painted in her mind. Instead of looking like a n.o.ble that he normal did she pictured him with dirt on his face and clothes while being slightly raggedly even, so she still thought that he was absolutely delicious no matter what he was wearing.

Mai blushed as she leaned her head into Han Bings lap as they laid there in the middle of the garden. The soft calls of birds that flew by mixed with the gentle presence of Han Bing lead to Mai feeling incredibly relaxed. Until he reached down and gently caressed one of her breast in his palm. Mai felt a sharp burn of desire run up her spine as her eyes flew open to face his.

Han Bing smirked at Mai as he continued his slow sensual playful touch on her body. He didn't stop until Mai let out a low moan as she gasped for more.

"How was this the cute virgin that she had slept with not so long ago?" Mai thought to herself as her body burned from his touch. His callused fingers lead to her skin being more sensitive than it normally would be from another's touch.

Mai dragged in a breath as she felt her body tighten up around her. "Please" she moaned out to Han Bing as he continued to tease her body.

He quickly reached down between her legs and roughly rubbed her c.l.i.t between his finger. It didn't take longer before Mia's body shuddered in release. Mai's gorgy eyes closed from the pleasure coursing through her body until she fell into a light sleep beside him.
