Today we were entering a new building that seemed to have multiple floors. We had put off entering any buildings until we had most of the city street area cleared out but today was going to be a training expedition. The first floor of the building we entered reminded me of the hospitals back on Earth. "This place was indeed a hospital. There are all kinds of reports on here on patients and their ailments. One is about magic sickness. It reports that this patient had too much magic power and no way to release it. Because of the acc.u.mulation of magic power parts of their body swelled up. The part of the body that was swollen would not always be the same. It would vary based on which part of the body the magic power was flowing through. It seems like a very painful thing to have..." I couldn't imagine each part of my body swelling up based on the flow of my magic within my body.

 It was a good thing that I was able to release my magic power. But it did seem some Dumacans were born with the inability to release their magic power. "Master you mean that our children will have the ability to use magic?" Caeda asked.

"Un! Since Sola and I both are able to use magic it is only a matter of time that some of the children will be able to use magic. For the kids born between Sola and me, there is most likely a one hundred percent chance of them being able to use magic. For the kids born not between Sola and me whether it was birthed between Rio and me or say Rio and Sola then there is like a fifty percent chance I would say. It would depend on which parent the child takes after the most. But I have an a.s.sumption that I want to look into at some point. If I am correct and this is only my own thinking. But I think every living being on this planet is able to use magic to some extent. Even if it is just enough to use the magic circuits. The reason I say this is because Rio is a good example. Her race should not be able to use magic like all the other races. But she is actually able to do so. It took her a long time but if we use her method of how she went about it I think Rika, Tai and also you will be able to use the magic circuits as well." I explained.

"Master are you serious?" Caeda eyes were sparkling with excitement. 

"It is a possibility. Rio what do you think?" I turned and looked over at Rio. Who was conveniently using information disk as if it was a normal thing to do for her. Once she understood how a device worked she was able to start using the device after a few tries as long as it had a magic circuit for activation.

"Mmm… Maybe... I can try to explain how I go about it to the others. But I am not sure if I am just the odd one out." I could tell Rio herself did not understand why she was able to use the magic circuits but if it was possible to somehow teach others what she does and how she feels when using them. It might just allow the others to use magic circuits as well. Which would be a great help to everyone.
