Chapter 14.1: Shen Lang's Fate

The young official of Xuanwu City, w.a.n.g Lian recently turned twenty-years of age. He's the youngest in all of Xuanwu City's history delegated with the task of overseeing Xuanwu City Prison.

So how does Shen Lang know of this w.a.n.g Lian?

From his memory, Shen Lang recalled a time when w.a.n.g Lian persisted himself in the efforts to teach Shen Lang how to read for well over half a month. If his memory served him right, it should have been about a year or two ago.
