I quickly caught Scarlette and lifted her up after she lost consciousness. I opened the circle portal in front of us using my mind. We entered it and started walking in the foggy place. After several minutes, I saw the ending portal which brought us to the front of our school's opened gate.

"Good afternoon, Sir!" I greeted the guard while smiling.

The guard didn't respond nor smiled. He just looked at me blankly. He also didn't ask why I was lifting Scarlette.

"Uh, Sir, are you fine?" I asked.

I thought he wasn't going to answer but he nodded. I just smiled again and entered the gate.

As I walked away from where he was standing, I felt something weird. I glanced at him and there . . . I noticed that there was really something odd.

The guard's eyes turned into pure black in a split of seconds and back to normal. And suddenly, he devilishly smirked and said, "You're doomed."

It took me seconds before those words sunk in my mind. I looked around and my hunch was confirmed when I saw the students were smirking while looking at us. In a split of seconds, their eyes turned black then back to normal. d.a.m.n it!

I looked at Scarlette. "Hey, wake up," I whispered. I even shouted in her mind but still, she seemed not to hear it. "c.r.a.p, we're in danger. Wake up, will you?"

I asked the demons inside the guard and the students, "What do you want from us? Answer me!" They didn't reply. They just smiled.

d.a.m.n it! What am I going to do now?

I just ran into one of the empty cla.s.srooms. They followed us! I carefully brought down Scarlette on one of the chairs and locked the door. I was panicking!

'Aunt Er, help us! They started moving!' I said mentally, wis.h.i.+ng that Aunt Er could hear it.

"d.a.m.n it! They're already creating chaos!" I cussed when I felt Scarlette woke up.

The students wanted to get in. They're acting wild.

She was shocked because of what's happening. "c.r.a.p! What's happening, Asher?!"

"I don't know! But there's only one thing that I know, they started moving."

I bit my lower lip as we stepped backward when we felt that the door was already breaking. I gave Scarlette a meaningful look and she seemed to understand.

"How? I don't know to control my powers yet!" She's trembling in fear and nervousness.

"Just remember what your Mom told you. You can do it."

We readied ourselves.

When the door finally broke and they got in, I immediately used my powers. There were big vines appeared from the floor around me and attacked those students. Each of them was. .h.i.t in their chest.

But some of them went inside and they attacked Scarlette. She was panicking but luckily, she made fire and controlled it successfully. And yes, she's brutally killing again. Take note: she's smiling like h.e.l.l. Same att.i.tude like her Mom.

She's continuously making b.a.l.l.s and blades of fire and hitting her opponents. She even made someone swallow the ball of fire!

We were breathing heavily after an hour of battling. And yet, there were still lots of them!

"d.a.m.n! I'm tired!" Scarlette shouted in annoyance.

Corpses and blood were scattered in the whole room. Our uniforms were also covered with blood stains.

While fighting, I felt that strange presence. The presence of that someone who's spying at Scarlette that time before the midnight wherein I was attacked by demons.

I roamed my eyes around and I saw somebody, wearing a cloak in the third floor at the building outside, looking at our direction. Even he's far, I know that he's a she because of the red color on her lips.

"c.r.a.p!"

I was interrupted by Scarlette's grunt. When I looked at her, I cussed because of the knife that was thrust in her right thigh. She's closing her left eye out of the pain. But she's still throwing fire.

I helped her stood up but she slapped my hand away and said, "Go on. Catch her. I can take care of this."

So, she felt and saw her, too.

"But you're injured . . . " I couldn't help but to worry.

"I don't care. Just catch that woman. I can do this," she firmly said.

I stared at her for a bit while she's battling. She's serious this time.

I know why she's determined on catching that woman because that woman could give link for us to find her Dad.

"Okay. Just keep safe."

She smiled. "Thank you."

I continuously attacked those who got on my way while running. The woman-in-cloak noticed me that I was going to where she was but she just stood there like she's waiting for me.

When I finally got there, she faced me. She took off her cloak's hood and smiled at me.

d.a.m.n her! That's why everytime that I'm in school, in our cla.s.sroom, or she's around, I felt that strange presence.

I gritted my teeth. "I knew it. It's you . . . Rhode."

She slowly clapped. "Congratulations, Mister Asher. Finally, you have met the 'Underworld Flower'."

"Why are you here?" I seriously asked.

"To have fun?"

"That's bulls.h.i.+t!"

She rolled her eyes. "Oh my! You're too serious. I'm not here to make fight."

"But you already did." Tsk!

"Okay. Okay." Her face turned grim. "G.o.d Durlen want me to deliver you a message. He said that he's going to declare war against Hetarnia and going to destroy the whole universe. And of course, he's going to kill G.o.ddess Er's beloved husband."

Tsk! I already knew that this will happen and yet, Aunt Er didn't listen to me. Now, they'll use Uncle Max against us!

"And yeah, by the way, I'm the daughter of G.o.d Durlen. And before I go back home . . . "

She stepped forward and kissed me like a s.l.u.t. Her soft lips moved slowly on mine. And I just felt my eyes closed and kissed her back. She seemed to enjoy it. I couldn't stop myself. I bit her lower lip to give way for my tongue to explore inside her mouth. She moaned and moaned while we're kissing.

I didn't know why I did it.

She moved her faced away from mine that's why the long kiss stopped. And I just came back to my old self.

"d.a.m.n you! You controlled me," I angrily said.

She mischievously smiled. "But you seemed to enjoy it. Goodbye!" And she disappeared.

I wiped my lips with the back of my right hand. "Yuck!"
