Both slept together Ji Yang raised his eyebrows in amus.e.m.e.nt seeing the gap between them. Anna kept some distance between them for safety purpose. But morning Anna found herself in Ji Yang's embrace again.

Few days pa.s.sed Anna got busy in work, she was working hard on a new project. In between she also visited, 'An Shu', her own company updating herself with current project and status of the company.

Everything was going smoothly for her. After long day of working she would get to eat delicious food prepared by Ji Yang. Even now she keeps some distance between them while sleeping but somehow she ends up in his arms in the morning.

Their relations.h.i.+p has also improved as the days pa.s.sed with constant teasing from Ji Yang, he was getting more shameless day by day. But yet couldn't succeed in kissing her again.

Finally it was the day of Annual Party of Yu company. The party begins in evening so Anna was chilling out in the living room having cheesecake and going through a magazine.

Ji Yang was away for a business meeting from two days, so Anna was all alone in Glory Manor and it was something she wished it's been a long time having her own time.

But some disturbing soul disturb her peaceful morning. Her phone rang displaying Li Shen.

"h.e.l.lo."

"h.e.l.lo, sis today is the Annual Party of Yu company, are you attending?" Li Shen spoke anxiously.

"Yes why?" Anna asked nonchalantly taking a bite of her cheesecake.

"You're not going to attend." Li Shen commanded in dark voice.

Anna frowned.

"Why?"

"Don't you remember how you were mistreated in every Annual Party. I know how much you have suffered those b.a.s.t.a.r.ds humiliated you every time. Three years ago they let you drown in swimming pool even after knowing you can't swim. I'm not allowing you to go this time." He was infuriated.

He still remembers after the party Yu Han was hospitalized for two weeks having high fever and food poisoned because of the rotten food she ate in the party. He couldn't come on time to stay with her as he away for a business. There was no one beside her to support and look after her while she was sick.

No body in the Yu family knew Yu Han was hospitalized and even if some knew it they made sure n.o.body comes to know her condition.

"I know, that's why I need to go this time." Anna placed back the cheesecake and relaxed in the sofa.

"Yu Han are you out of your mind?" Li Shen yelled. He calls her by name only when he is angry or mad.

Anna flinched at his yelling but at the same time her heart warmed.

'Yu Han was really blessed to have him as brother.' Anna never had a brother to spoil her like Li Shen. Meeting Li Shen in this life was truly a blessing for her, she could finally feel a brother's love.

"Shen don't be angry. Do you want me to be a coward and hide from them. Do you wish to see me surrendering and being failure in front of them?" Anna spoke like speaking to a small kid.

"Of course not." He gritted angrily.

"Then I need to go. It's high time for payback."

The line went silent for few seconds.

"So you want to payback them?" He asked again. It's the first time he's hearing something like this from her. Yu Han was never the revenge type, no matter how many times he encouraged her to teach them a lesson she never listened.

"Yup." Anna nodded firmly even though he can't see.

He was excited to see what Anna is up to.

"Fine. But I'm coming with you..." Li Shen was determined to protect her.

"...wait.. I'm not invited." He said gloomily after realizing. Anna laughed imagining his depressed and sulky look, her laugh echoed in the room. Li Shen smiled hearing her laugh.

"Don't worry I'm inviting you." She was smiling all cheeks.

"Okay then get ready I'll pick you up." He said excitedly.

He was loving this side of Yu Han more and more.

Realization hit hard on Anna, Li Shen is going to pick her in the apartment but now she's staying in Glory Manor. It was getting noon so she hurriedly went to take bath and got ready.

Anna reached her apartment all dressed before Li Shen could come and pick her up.
