Natsu who looked at the long black haired boy with a handsome face whose eyes was black and had thin lips was obviously angry. Fairy tail was like a family to him so he could not endure anyone who insulted his guild.

He immediately charged at the man who had insulted his precious guild.

Lucid who sensed Natsu jumping at him clearly had a smirk on his face. Just as natsu reached mid air he turned around and pointed his finger Natsu. At the tip of Lucid's finger a ball of light emerged and shoot out towards Natsu.

Natsu tried to punch the light with his fist covered with fire but the light beam diminished the fire as it came in touch with Lucid's light beam. The light beam hit natsu clear in the stomach and he fell flat on his face unconscious.

Lucid looked at him with the same expressionless gaze and turned around. Just as he turned around another voice came behind him " Stop right there " it was clearly a female voice. He looked from the corner of his eyes and it was clearly Erza.

He now had a clear Evil Smirk on his face and started running. They obviously couldn't keep up with him and soon got left behind he entered a alleyway intending to run away but something caught his attention.

A old man was getting beat up by some wizards it seems. He got an idea. He immediately went towards them and looked at it.

He didn't want to kill them because it would hinder his plans of joining fairy tail and taking people's powers. His worried were diminished by the system as he looked at the latest notification.

The old man's face which had lost all color suddenly was filled with emotions. His face was changing expressions every second.

" I don't know who you are, why should I trust you ? " the old beggar, there was a tinge of hope in his voice.

" I want to make you my champion " he spoke as he was considering if had selected the wrong person.

" If I can take revenge for my child and my wife I am willing to give everything up " he said as tears started falling from his eyes. He was desperately trying to wipe his eyes with his hands as he didn't want to be seen as a weak person in front of the man who was offering him power.400

" Ok let me teach you " Lucid gave him very little of the speed force. He gave him half of the power of flash.

The old man who was crying was suddenly filled with vigor as he sensed himself fell with strength.

Lucid gave him 300 amount of mana so he could make it seem it was some type of new magic.

" Try running old man " Lucid said to the old beggar who without hesitation agreed. He ran and hit the wall heavily as he started to bleed.

He healed him and found that the speed force and the mana weren't going well together. He went towards the old man and told him to lie down. He took some time and he made something even he was proud of.

He connected the mana to the speed force. It could be said to be new magic. His speed could go as fast as 75 % of the flash's speed if he spent all his mana. He made it so he could not mess with the timeline.

" Ok old man let's try again " he said as he taught him how to do it. He took him to the jungle and taught him. He had to train his body so it took about 5 months with some nutrients to make him completely master it.

The old man name's was Valen. His wife and son had been killed in the midst of a battle between two wizard guilds. He looked more like a middle aged man now after lucid revered his age to about 40.

" Ok do what you want my champion do not disappoint me " Lucid said as he patted the beggar whose had been cut and was full of muscles now.

Valen had a height of about 6 feet 5 inches the a little smaller than Lucid. His hair was green with his eyes too. He had bulging muscles ( like gildarts ) and had a wide smile now.

" Yes I won't disappoint you sire " He bowed and said. He was now completely loyal to Lucid and even called him sire.

Valen took off as he ran towards the city. He was fast.

Lucid smiled as he thought things were going to be interesting. Now he wanted to go home and be with his mother so he opened a portal and arrived in his bed and slept.

( The mc is leaning on the evil side even though i said he was nor evil nor good. i know. But I like it XD )
