Later the night, the guests had planned to say their goodbyes. Giselle prepared a parting gift for everyone. The parting gift included cake, chocolates, and cookies. Basically, a small sweet treat package. One by one, the guests started leaving. Giselle would a.s.sist them and thank them for attending the party with the gift.

Meanwhile, Eric and Melanie played with Lia after their dinner. Giselle interrupted them and requested Lia to go to her bed since it's already late.

"Ah, no mom. It's not even school night. I'm going to stay up and play with grandpa." Lia outbursted.

It became awkward with the adults to respond to the little girl. Eric wants to play with his granddaughter but Giselle wants her in bed by now and finally, Melanie doesn't know whom to support.

"Lia darling, it is already late and you have to listen to your mom. Grandma and Grandpa are going to visit you more from now onwards. So, go to bed soon. I don't want my beautiful granddaughter to get tired and lack of sleep. You can play with grandpa whenever you want. But, you have to listen to your mother." Melanie tried to persuade the little girl.

However, one of their guests approached to say their goodbyes. So, Giselle walked away to send them off. when she returned Lia kept pouting. She obeyed her mother. But, before she went to bed, the little girl planned to say her goodbyes to a few of the guests.

She quickly ran to find Anna and Jake. After saying them goodbye, she was about to leave when Jake grabbed her by arms. Lia turned around to face him. Even Anna couldn't figure out Jake's action.

"Will you come visit us again, Lia? Anna and I would love to have you in our home. You can come with your mom and then we'll play together; all of us. What do you say?" Jake placed his request. Even Jake was shooked by his own action. Besides, he couldn't stop himself from placing such a request. Looking at him Lia felt happy. She accepted the request and leaned in towards Jake to tell him a secret and whispered something to him. "Of course. You got it." Jake did a pinky promise. Anna looked puzzled throughout the whole scenario. But, when Lia was finally ready to leave she pulled her close to give a hug.

"Whatever you want you can ask me, alright? Take care of your mother. She really loves you to the moon. And... you... are most welcome to our home. Promise me that you'll come to visit me?" Anna asked her. Lia agreed immediately and she gently kissed Anna on her cheeks.

"And what should you call me?" Anna pointed out.

"Aunty Anna!!!" Lia stressed out her answer loudly.

Anna couldn't let go of this little doll as she kept hugging Lia. Jake took the opportunity to take a picture of Anna with Lia and a selfie with all of them together. Finally, after a long tight hug, Lia said them goodnight.

After she left Anna asked her husband about the secret that the little girl and Jake had shared. But, Jake laughed out. He stood up to get something to drink; leaving Anna alone again. Besides, Anna was occupied with a few other guests immediately after dinner and didn't leave her alone. The only time she got private s.p.a.ce was when Jake stole her from the others; everyone felt jealous of these two. Jake brought her to the kitchen and finally made her relax.

On the other hand, Lia went back to her grandparents and kissed them goodbye. Before leaving to her room, Lia thanked once again for her present and then rushed off to brus.h.i.+ng. Giselle excused herself for a minute and went to Lia's room. Lia was back already; changing into her nightwear. Giselle tucked her nice and warm inside the blanket and then kissed her goodnight.

When she returned back Eric and Melanie were already preparing to leave.

"Mom, dad stay for few more minutes!!!" Giselle grunted.

"We wish honey, but it's getting late. Plus, it already gets super cold right now. Don't worry." Eric replied.

"We really want to talk to you, but, another time. Okay? I don't want to rush things just like back then. We don't have the strength to lose you again Giselle. So, come back again when you're free and ready to talk about your past life. We will listen to you. Also, bring Lia often okay?" Melanie requested.

Giselle accepted and told them that soon she would meet and share about what happened so far.

For the parents, it was seeing their daughter after so many years itself was a huge surprise. In between the dinner, Giselle revealed that she's a single mom now and got divorced. Melanie and Eric's faces turned pale hearing the news but they didn't want to stress it out. So, the only answer is to wait until Giselle, herself is ready to openly talk about it.

With that said, both of them left the party. When she returned there was only one couple who's left, Anna and Jake. Both of them were in the kitchen waiting to meet Giselle. Especially, Anna.
